Old friend & new foe

'Another usual day with nothing exciting happening to begin with.'

I thought to myself as I finished putting on my uniform. I sighed looking myself in the mirror. My hair wild once again making me look like a female version of Rido. And the eyes only helped the situation. That must be why everyone hates me...

I shook my head and headed out of my room and down to the crossing. Everyone was already there and ready to head to class. "Good afternoon everyone." I said as they all turned to look at me.

They continued to stare at me, "it's considered rude to stare." I said coldly I've never liked being the center of attention... Some of the time. They all adverted their eyes and like that we started the usual school day beginning with the stupid fangirls then class. How wonderful! Please note my sarcasm.

After the crossing with only one and the most useless perfect failing to hold back the mob of fangirls class began. I had heard that we got a new ethics teach after the other one... Got sick. But they were late and I as tired. I sat in the back like usual and rested my head on my arms falling asleep.

"I'll keep that in mind, teacher." I heard Kaname say. I yawned and sat up, "keep what in mind Kaname?" I asked rubbing my eyes trying to get rid of my tiredness. "I see someone I need to add to my execution list." A oh so familiar voice said but I couldn't recognise it.

I snapped my neck forward to see an old friend from my childhood. "Hello old man- I mean Toga Yagari, nice to see you again... And after such a long time." I said as he looked up to see me. "Not long enough princess. Not long enough." He said with a sigh.

I frowned, "not happy to see me old man? Are you still upset about what happened? You know that wasn't my fault!" I said standing up slamming my hands on the table. "What ever you say princess. Now let's begin class." I glared at him.

"Haven't seen me in forever and that's all the greeting I get?...Baka..." The night class stared at me weirdly. But who wouldn't I just had a conversation with a famous vampire hunter as if we were friends. I would look at me weirdly too if I were them.

And like that the class and the day ended. Then a day past of nothing important but Kaname had locked himself in his room. Everyone one is concerned about him. Ugh. He's supposed to be the 'king' of vampires but he's acting like a spoiled brat.

Ruka, Takuma, Rima, Senri, Hanabusa, and Kain went to check on him but came back worried about a different thing. Aristocrats can be useless when it comes down to purebloods. So here I am checking on Kaname myself.

I took in a breath and knocked on the door, "Kaname we need to talk... And I'm no leaving until you let me in." No response. "Kaname. Please open the door. I'm worried about you" No response again.He could be asleep but I knew he was awake. I don't know how but I just knew he was awake.

This made my anger get greater then it already as my patience ran short. I reached for the handle but the door opened revealing the one I came to speak with. "Lilith I-" he started but I cut him off.

"Kaname, I don't understand why your locking yourself in your room or these stupid feeling I have for you but you have to man up. It angers me seeing you feel pity for yourself while making everyone one around you concerned about your well being-"

Kaname took me by surprise by pulling me into a hug. "I'm sorry Lilith for confusing and hurting you. It was never my intention to do so." I didn't know what to say or do.

'Don't believe him he hates you, he hates that you look like the monster who destroyed his life.'

A strange voice said and it was so believable that I listened. I pulled away for him, "No it was your intention to do so because I look like my father the one who destroyed your life!" Kaname was taken aback at my comment.

'Leave him, he doesn't care, just go to your dorm and sleep'

The voice said again and I listened again. I turned around and walked away back to my dorm. Where once my head touched the pillow I was asleep.

'Wake up child there's someone almost here that you need to meet.'

A voice said waking me up from my dreamless sleep. Who do I need to meet?

'Don't question me child and get dressed he's at the front door.'

I sighed and got up getting dressed in the first thing I saw. I quickly went to the front and saw all the night class there even Kaname. But someone else was there too a man with pale Blond hair and ice blue eyes. He had grabbed kaname's hand after making a comment making everyone shocked. Ruka and Hanabusa quickly defensive.

'Stand in front of Hanabusa. Now!'

The voice said and my body moved before my mind enough time to comprehend what was happening. I got slapped once again in the place of Hanabusa who now laid on the floor. "Why is it every time me who ends up taking a hit for you Hanabusa?" I said but it really wasn't me who said it.

Kaname was a little shocked along with everyone else in the room. "And who might you be?" The blond asked and I looked at him. "I could ask you the same thing." My mouth was saying things I didn't want to say.

"By your eyes and your looks you must in some way be related to Rido Kuran." The blond said and I smirked. "Very observant I see, yes I am related to Rido he is my father now answer me this, Who are you?"

"I'm surprised you haven't heard of me, I am Asato Ichijiu you must have heard of me before." He said with such pride.

"Never heard of you."

"How? I'm high up in the senate."

"Aren't you cocky"

"How dare you speak to your elders like that? Show some respect."

"How dare you yell at someone higher up then you? And respect is earned not given. You haven't given me anything to respect only a cocky old baster who seems to have his high way to up his a$$."

"Lilith stop." Kaname said. That was the only way I finally had control over my own mouth. Everyone around me was left speechless. The man know as Asato had a smirk but his eyes showed pure hatred.

"You indeed are rated to Rido. It's a pleasure meeting you Lilith Kuran." I smirked and this time I couldn't blame my mouth moving on its own. "Stop lying even I know you hate with so much you hope that one day you'll be the one to kill me. An-" Hanabusa put his hand over my mouth and dragged me away from the tense room.

"What the hell is wrong with you?! Lord Kaname looked as if he was going to rip your heart out then and there! And you look so calm about this! Why the hell are you so calm about this!" Hanabusa rambling continued for a while.

"Agh. Stop rambling your giving me w headache." I said kissing him knowing it would shut him up. And luckily for me it did. "L-Lilith-" I cut him off my walking away back to my room.

As I walked back to my room I saw Asato walking out of Takuma's room. "You will do as told-" Asato started but Takuma cut him off. "Lilith!"

I looked at takuma, "Takuma," then at Asato, "Old cocky guy who's name I forgot." Lies. But once again he glared at me pure hatred in his eyes.

"Lilith that's enough. I think you should go back to your dorm." I turned around to see Kaname. "And what if I don't you've already slapped and hurt me before so does it matter?" I didn't give him chance to responded because I just walked away.
