So basically in this AU whenever a person writes something on, for example, their arm. Like a message, their soulmate gets the same words. It can be used for giving private messages.
This is also the case with scars. For example whenever someone gets bruised, their soulmate gets the same bruise on exactly the same place. That way it's easier to find eachother if you don't know who your soulmate is yet.
