Once they both got acquainted they became more at ease with each other. After a while, Micah starts to nod off to sleep. September takes notice of this.
"Sweetheart, where is your room?" They ask, but Micah is already asleep. So September just has to find it. Once they do they carefully lay Micah down.
September was about to leave but Micah starts to wake up. "Please don't leave me," Micah says. September is conflicted.
On one hand, they want to stay but on the other hand, they have to go meet the alpha. "OK sweetheart I will stay" September lays down next to Micah and puts their arm around him. September doesn't know what to do so they just put their head In Micah's neck.
Micah smells heavenly. September never thought she would find her mate. But here they are laying in bed with one of the prettiest people they have seen. September relishes at the moment, never wanting to let go of Micah. September feels content with any and everything right now.
That is until their phones start ringing. They look at their phone and it's their beta.
'Where the hell are you?! We were supposed to meet the alpha dumbass! Do you know how late we are going to be there?? Finish whatever the hell you're doing and meet us there now!'
(Always so bossy) September thinks. They start to get up slowly not to wake Micah. He starts to stir in his sleep but is still asleep. September leaves her jacket over Micah and leaves a note for him when he wakes up.
She gets to her car and speeds to the alpha's house. When she gets there she is immediately greeted by her Beta yelling at her.
