Welcome to first semi chapter where I'm gonna explain transformations the best I can!
Picture uptop is how each of them looks like but the way it looks on each turtle and their chosen ally is up to you and your imagination!
Oh and no Winx fairies won't be present here. Only turtles and different take on their story!

Turtle Power! (Magic Winx) - basic and first form. Needs to be achieved before being able to unlock any forms after.
Charmix - small charms that are added to basic fairy form thus increasing their power.
Can be achieved by defeating your fears.
Enchantix - second or so called "Final" fairy form. Achieved by saving someone from your home planet.
Can also be called by "sacrificing" yourself.
Fairy Dust - magical dust Enchantix fairies can use. Depending on the user it can do different things. But overall is used to break dark spells (that's how Mutagen F aka. Sparkling Mutagen got made).
Believix - third fairy form. Enchantix was called final but in truth... it never was.
Believix gets achieved by belief in magic and fairies by humans. Although it gets achieved differently by our silly turtles ;)
Sophix and Lovix - are additional forms for Believix. Probably never will be used but are worth mentioning anyway.
Harmonix - not present in this AU.
Sirenix - can be achieved by entering a place called Infinite Ocean. As before turtles (+April and Karai) unlock it differently. (Yea they unlock it with time just because I don't have better ideas.)
Bloomix - is called an worse Enchantix cuz it's achieved the same way by sacrifice.
Although it is more powerful thus being born from the dragon flame (Raphs will have a big role in this department)
Mythix - Not present in this AU (I also hate it)
Butterflix - achieved only by Mikey for a short amount of time while getting in touch with Aeon Crystal (using it).
Tynix - Turtles can use it only when time traveling. Granted to them by Renet.
Cosmix - transformation used by them in space. Got achieved after getting close to Fugotoids Ship core.
Lost it when ship and it's core got destroyed.
Dreamix/Onyrix - not present in this AU.
The new transformation we didn't get the name of yet - ???
