Third Person POV
Ally smiles to herself liking the post and sharing it to her instagram story. She is about to create her own post sharing the wonderful news of her being a new driver when her phone vibrates in her hand, a picture of the Monaco native popping up on her screen.
Incoming call... Charles Leclerc
Ally lets out a small laugh, having expected the call. She slides her thumb across the screen and is met with frantic french.
"Ally. Que diable??!! Pourquoi ne m'as-tu pas dit!!!(Ally. What the hell??!! Why didn't you tell me!!!)"
"Charles breathe! Hi to you too and I wanted it to be a surprise!"
"God Ally you're a pain in the ass sometimes you know that?"
"That'smy job Charles. I'm your best friend. How else am I gonna get entertainment??"
He laughs on the other end of the phone, she can picture him now shaking his head at her.
"How are you feeling?"
"I'm over the moon and I feel like I'm making him proud you know? He always loved watching me and you kart and now here we are"
"He would be so proud of you Als. I am. Hell you're the first female driver in formula one. How cool is that!"
"It's amazing! I'm worried some of the guys won't like me tho..."
"They'll love you ally don't worry. I mean you've already met a ton of the-Yo! Is that Als have a word to pick with that kid!
Ally let's out a loud laugh hearing her other best friend on the other side of the phone.
"Pierre Gasly is that you?"
"The one and only. So you're in the big leagues with us now huh?"
"Yes, yes I am. And I'm gonna kick your ass and I'm gonna kick Leclerc's too!"
"Woah woah woah...ALLY I HEARD THAT TAKE IT BACK"
"DON'T YELL AT ME CHARLES MARC HERVÉ PERCEVAL LECLERC"
"BOTH OF YOU STOP YELLING JESUS"
The trio of best-friends starts laughing.
"Are you guys in Monaco?"
She hears rustling.
"Yeah and you're coming over"
She giggles knowing Charles has the phone back.
"Ok ok! I'll see you two in a few!"
"Ok bye Legra!"
Ally hangs up the phone and laughs to herself. She stands up from the couch and grabs her keys and puts on her Redbull baseball cap. She walks out of her apartment locking the door behind her and walks down the stairs inside her building and unlocks her light blue Aston Martin DB11. Having lived in Monaco for years she easily speeds her way though the streets before arriving to Charles apartment. She parks and gets out giddy to see the two best-friends she hasn't seen in months. Walking into the building she texts Charles letting him now she's on her way up. When she gets to the door it opens before she can knock.
"ALLY!!!"
She gets pulled into a tight hug by the Frenchman.
"Hi Pierre"
He lets go and she moves into the apartment. Her smile widening as she sees the Monégasque. He approach's the short brunette quickly, scooping her into a hug. He squeezes her tight and puts his mouth close to her ear. "Hi Als"
She squeezes him back tightly, holding onto her closest friend who she hasn't seen in months. "Hi Charles"
Pierre stands by the door smirking, staring at his two best-friends embracing tightly in the kitchen. He knows the closeness the two share and often wonders if it'll ever be more than just best friends. "I need to run to my car quickly to get something"
Pierre slips out the front door, with neither of the two breaking their embrace. Charles pulls back slightly to look at the French born girl. "He'd be proud of you Als. I'm so proud. You're making history"
A smile grows on the girls face and she hug him tighter. "I can't believe we're both racing in Formula One"
His eyes light up and he pulls back only gripping onto her arms. "I get to see you all the time now! Als every race! No more spending months apart!"
She giggles at his enthusiasm. "Yeah you do, and I'm gonna kick your ass!"
He chuckles and flicks the RedBull cap off her head. "In your dreams Bianchi"
The door opens and Pierre comes back in the door. "We're going out to dinner! And I'm not taking no for an answer. Meet you downstairs!!"
The two look at each other after he leaves them alone and laugh. "Race you?"
"Hell ya!"
Charles races out the door leaving Ally behind laughing.
