hey guys. so ive been doing a lot of shirting lately, and ive realised how it helps. ive suffered with insomnia and many types of anxiety for a long time, also self harm which i try not to think about, however since i have realised i am a therian, the anxiety has been drowned out by positivity and adventure and my sleep has returned. i haven't stopped self harming just yet :( fingers crossed that the last time i did it will be the last time. but overall i am way happier and all round better.
