Back in 2007, NASA was working on tools that will help astronauts in the future but one of the workers betrayed them and attacks them.
However, few of them survived and the leader of NASA realizes that the belt was still working.
Ten years later, a new student, Hunter, was friendly and wants to make friends with anyone.
That's when one of the agents invites him to NASA and he suddenly learns that his father was part of NASA and worked at NASA but he was destroyed by a traitor.
He also learned that the traitor was named Dark Zodiac and creates Dark Zodiac switches and gives them to students to become Dark Zodians destroy them but they were manipulated.
Hunter was given a belt from the scientists and doctors so he can become Power Rider Astro.
