Hi, my name is Xylani. I most likely have a last name but I've been stuck at the orphanage since I was 4 and now currently 16. I very faintly remember my past. Regardless, it doesn't define me. So, I'm just Xylani.
This is West star's orphanage: Home for little girls. or as i like to call it, West of Hell. There are currently 8 girls living here. In order of age our names are : Zinaya, Imani, Kiyomi, Luella, Hazel, Ivy, Melody, and yours truly, Xylani.
" What's going on in there?! Bedtime is at 8:30!" Yelled a voice.
The voice was no other than the devil himself, Mr. Elliot Sintal. He was this 6 feet tall man with a low buzzcut and a long auburn beard dangling from his chin. He ALWAYS wore a black or navy suit. Some of the other girls swore they've never seen him smile. He has made my life hell for years but even more so recently it has been worse than ever.
"How about you go to bed birdbrain" whispered Melody.
Melody is my best friend. She's 14 years old and has been residing at the orphanage since she was 9. She has long blonde hair, with piercing blue eyes, and freckles.
"Its almost impossible to believe Mr. Sintal hasn't gotten replaced by a kinder woman. one that bakes us cookies. Im sure most of the things he does here is considered illegal" Melody said.
