I woke up to the smell of pancakes that my mum was cooking, I rubbed my eyes and looked on my phone the time read 8:20 am.

Today me and my mum were going to see my dad and brother in Virginia,we had to be a the airport by 10 so I had quiet a long time.

My parents have been divorced for 2 years now.I live with my mother, and my brother lives with my father in Virginia because he goes to college there.

So me and my mum decided to go and visit my brother and my father, well I decided to but I guess she was going to see my brother because my parents don't really get on anymore since there divorce.

AIRPORT

We made are way through security with all are cases and bags, a talk large looking man checked are passports and ID, and then we had to wait in line to get a X-ray machine and metal detectors, to be honest they kind of scare me a little because the noises and stuff, anyway I placed my bags and metallic objects and shoes on the conveyor belt to be scanned, this is the Worced bit any way I removed all my liquids and put them into a plastic bag...

A few hours later me and my mum arrived at my dads in Virginia, he was really happy to see me and so was my brother, we were only here for two days,but I was so happy to be here, I've always wished to live here it seemed more calm but still loud,there were kids here and there was hardly none in California. I went up to the spare room near the attic it was painted light purple like lavenders,it had a king sized bed with white floury sheets and cute frilled pillow cases,there was a balcony with pink flowers outside,the houses are so huge here. I sat down on the bed and listened to some music and ended up dosing off.
