Sitting in the basketball court after practicing for around 2 hours, I was highly exhausted. Sweating like I had just bath but forgot to dry myself. My head was low, and I literally had no strength to even stand now but that's when she came.
She same running to me with a bottle of water and a towel. Honestly seeing her, I felt tireless now. She was saying something, but I was lost in her smile, as I can just see her smiling like this for forever. But I came back to earth when she holds my hand stood up pulling me. I looked her confused because I actually didn't hear what she said, and now my expression was showing how confused I was making me bit nervous. Then she raised her eyebrows saying, "What's wrong come, why are you staring at me like that? Did you forget you promised to take me for my favorite coffee?" Though I was not in state to hangout now, but I gladly stood and told her to wait for 10 minutes, and I will just freshen up. She agreed and let go of my hand saying," Only 10 minutes."
I went to freshen up and returned as soon as possible because I can't see her pouting, I only want her smile, smile the brightest. Yes, she is one I fell for long back, she is my first crush. I have never seen a girl like her before, a pure soul, beautiful, loving, caring and I don't want to brag about, but she is a girl any guy would love to spend his life with. But I can't tell her my feelings, it's kind of a pure bond with some untold truths. She is none other than my cousin, Jia. Yes, I know I am her brother, and this is wrong. But I couldn't help myself. And as for defending myself she is not my real cousin. It has a story to it, so I feel it's okay if I love her.
When I returned, she welcomed me with a wide soft smile. Her dimples make it more difficult to control my heartbeat. I held out my hand for her to hold which she accepted, and we left the place. I know she has a soft corner for me, but I also know she doesn't see me in that light.
We left for her favorite café for her favorite coffee. We placed our order and took a seat at the corner because she doesn't like to socialize normally. She is not a social butterfly. Then we started to talk, honestly, she was talking, and I was just smiling at her. I like the time we spent with together. I guess I can never love someone else in my life like I love her. But then her friend interrupted us. I was bit not happy with it but because she was okay, so I didn't react. Her friend Sameer. Sameer is bit clingy to her; I sometimes think if he likes her or its just his nature. Personally, I don't like him being clingy to Jia, I mean who will like someone being clingy to the person he loves. She was smiling and talking to him, I was listening to them, but my smile faded from the original one. Then she suddenly asked him about his project, and he panicked because he didn't complete and excused himself.
Unknowingly a smile appeared on my face. Our order was served. We started sipping our coffee and continued our talk. Though I am a social person, but nothing can be more soothing than being with her alone. Trust me I can spend my whole life like this.
