Living with Titans

The Tower!

( 9:00 am, Monday morning)

Dear Diary,

Hi, my name is Y/N/L/N. This is the first time I've written down my thoughts on paper. I'm Y/A, and this is the day that will change everything in humankind, mostly my life. Anyway, I'll meet my trainer, Bruce Wayne assigned to me. I'll meet...Red Hood, Bruce told me everything I needed to know, and of course where to find him. He was back at the Titans Tower. And so I went to take a bus to San Francisco. 

* Hours later*

I arrived at the Titans Tower and looked around the building. I noticed that the door looked weird, so I decided to investigate. I went inside while no one was looking. I saw the elevator door—it was made out of wood. To the right, you could see some cars behind a displayed mirrored window. At the left, next to the elevator door, an eye scanner camera that was also the "key" to the door.

I stepped forward, and the scanner started to look at me. I couldn't believe it, it had worked. The door opened and I went inside, waiting to hit the top floor. Correction, I meant to say the Penthouse. It is called a "safe house", because this is where the Titans lived and trained. So I guess I'll be "safe".   

I'm not gonna lie, I was a little scared as I arrived there. The door opened, but there was no one there. "That's weird," I said to myself. I walked around for a while, but still not a soul. I started looking in all the rooms, I even went to the training room but nothing. There was just silence in the whole place, I just went back to the kitchen to have some water. To be honest, it was kinda creepy here alone. 

While walking over there, I heard the elevator door open, so I was in position again. It turned out to be Red Hood, but he didn't see me cause he was on his phone. He then put his phone away and looked at me like I was insane. In my case, it makes sense. If you see someone in your house holding an umbrella and pointing it at you, you probably think the same.

Red Hood: " I'm sorry, but who are you?" And what are you doing here, and most importantly, how did you find this place," he asked, confused.
Me: " I'm Y/N, and I find this place from a person that knows you," I said while still holding the umbrella.
Red Hood: "Did Bruce send you here?" He said mad.
Me: "So you know him, huh!"
Red Hood: "Will you put this thing down, please?" I'm not gonna hurt you."
Me: "Oh, sorry, I'm here to find you." "Yeah, he told me that you could train me?!" I said and put down the umbrella.
Red Hood: " he said what?"
Me: "To train me?" I repeat in a whisper.
Red Hood: " No! there is no chance. "
Me: "Oh, okay, I guess I should leave then."Maybe Titans can help, I heard they're in Metropolis, right?" I answer and start leaving.
Red Hood: "Alright, see ya," he said without care.

The elevator door opened, and I went inside. He just stayed there doing nothing. The Uber was about to leave, and he stopped it by putting his hand on top of the door.
Redhood: " Alright, I'll help, but only because I'm better than them."
Y/N: "So you change your mind, I see."
I paid the driver and we went back inside the building. 

We were back up again, and I wondered what had happened to the windows.

 Me: "So, what's up with the windows?"

Red Hood: "It's a long story."

Me: "I have all the time."

Redhood: " All right then,"
He responded and started to explain the whole thing.

Me: "So, what are you doing here? You came to fix it?" I said ironically

Redhood: " I'm here for the stuff I left behind." " Then I'll go back."

Me: "Go back, where?"

Redhood: " Back to Gotham." And since you come with me, make sure to be close to me while we're there." And don't trust anyone but me, understood?"

Me: " I don't trust anyone anyway." But sure, I will."

Redhood: " Good, now go search for something useful that we may need." I don't know, just stay out of my feet,"

He went to his bedroom, and I started searching around.
