Drunken Dream

Peridot's POV

Today was Friday and I would have off work all weekend so what better place to go than the bar. There was a lesbian bar near by so I went there. Of course I wouldn't be going alone so I went with my roommate, Lapis.

At first me and Lapis didn't really get along well but with some time together we learned to get along. We have been living together for about a year and a half and I've grown more fond of Lapis. Everything about her is amazing to me and I love her. She is gay too because when we got to know each other more she told me that when she moved in, at that time she went through a break up with her terrible now ex girlfriend, Jasper.

I started to notice my feelings when she was getting more and more comfortable. She would wear less clothing around me some times and never even think about it. Stars her body is hot. She is tall and slender but has curves.

Anyways, we walked to the bar and as we walked in the smell of cigarettes and booze filled our noses. I scrunched my nose at the smell but Lapis was unfazed. I'm surprised she didn't even flinch! We sat down at the bar and this buff, rainbow haired girl comes up to us with an exited tone.

"Hi! What can I get for you galls today?"

I look at Lapis for a response.

"Some vodka shots please."

I'd look at Lapis and she looked at me with a confident smirk. I would smirk back.

"Make that a double please."

Lapis looks at me in disbelief.

"Alright! I like your guts tiny!"

The rainbow haired girl would get us our shots and down the hatch they went.

We kept going until everything felt like a dream. We actually managed to get some people to sing along drunkenly to the songs they had playing on the loud speakers. Lapis and I danced to the songs, haveing a blast. Everything sure felt like a dream.

We were wobbling out way home, laughing and joking about that happened.

"You should have- *hic*- seen your face! You looked like a goof!"

I slurred.

"Oh- *hic*- yeah? Well you l-*hic*- looked like a puppet dancing!"

We laughed our asses off. Everything sure felt like a dream.

Once we got to our home I unlocked the door and walked in with Lapis following behind me. I can't believe me and this beautiful girl got drunk together. I started to sober up a little bit quicker than usual so right now I was just a bit buzzed but Lapis was still drunk silly. Out of nowhere I feel two arms wrap around me. The Blue haired girl's breath hitting my neck, sending shivers down my spine.

"I love you Peridot."

Shocked with what she just said, I stood there, my face burned like the sun.

"L-Lapis, you're still drunk."

"Drunk thoughts are sober feelings."

Lapis would be whispering in my ear, my face as red as a cherry. Then Lapis started kissing my neck.

"L-LAPIS!?"

There was no response.

"Lapis, you're drunk."

"I don't care."

Lapis would go in front of me, looking deeply into my eyes. She was standing up without a single wobble which made me wonder if she was just buzzed too.
