Hiro's First Date

(Disclaimer: Characters Megan & Hiro are both aged up to 16~)

Megan Cruz's POV:

Since it was the weekend I had decided to hang out with Hiro since my dad was busy and stuff, And I also noticed how irritable and depressed he's been over the last 2 years. So... I wanted to cheer him up. I slowly walked up to him, greeting him with a smile "Hey, Hiro! I heard these hotdogs at a nearby park by the cafe are really good. Would you like to go? I'd love to hear about the science project your working on! Also you work too hard, you should relax!"

I said to him, offering my hand out "Sorry Megan but I really can't.. I'm really busy you know." He said to me, taking his tools out looking really focused. I groaned and rolled my eyes "you never have fun Hiro, your always saving the city or.. working. It's Saturday! At least hang out with me for two hours? You won't regret it!"

I said, winking I just wanted to see him relaxed and not so caught up in projects or stressed. He seemed to soften his expression a little, slowly putting his tools down "Fine.. two hours Megan, two hours." He said, standing up "I'll go change real quick, You can just get a snack downstairs or something."

I smiled as I watched him head over to his room, Going down to the cafe to grab a quick donut. I sat down eating it slowly while waiting until I heard him coming down, seeing him in a nice white suit looking shirt with some jeans. And it looks like he fixed his hair? "Woah, Hiro.." I said, my mouth dropping a little "don't make such a big deal out of it.." he mumbled, walking over to me.

"Oh my goddd! That's my boyyy!! Look at you!" Aunt Cass said, running up to him and cupping his cheeks "I see your finally enjoying yourself!" She squealed, kissing both his cheeks "Your embarrassing me... and- it's only once. Chill out a little.." he said, averting his eyes while pulling away from her before taking my hand as we headed out.

Once we got there, I stopped infront of the hotdog stand ordering a chili hotdog for me, And a regular mustard and ketchup hotdog for Hiro. "Thanks, Megan." He said, smiling softly as we sat down at a bench. "Your welcome. I just don't wanna see you so stressed all the time." I said, sighing softly as I looked down "I know it's been hard for you these last two years."

He seemed to smile sadly, nodding as he slowly but his hotdog "Don't worry Hiro, I'm here for you all of your friends are! Aunt Cass, too." I said, giggling "well thanks. I appreciate that.. this hotdog is really good!" He said, biting it some more "Right?! I knew you'd love it!" I said as I scooted closer to him. "It's good to see you smiling Hiro." I gently placed a hand on his shoulder, giving him a soft look as I continued to eat. I could see him blushing a little.

"Well.. well of course I'm smiling! I- didn't expect you to do something like this for me. It's so sweet and it just makes me so happy.." He said, shaking his head as took the last bite "Thank you, Megan." I nodded smiling softly "I know this wasn't part of the plan, but.. there's a movie I think we'll both enjoy that's playing at the movies at around 3:30! We could still make it. It's only 2:50. We just have to go now!" I said, standing up while taking his hand in mine.

"Sure, whatever" he chuckled rolling his eyes as he followed after me. We didn't have a bike or anything and the movie theater wasn't really that far anyways. Once we got there I paid for a cherry slush or for us to share and a medium sized popcorn for us. Once we got in we hurried to the seats and sat down, watching some of the previews

"Wow this is a pretty nice theater Megan!" He said, drinking some of the slushee, eating some popcorn "I know!! It is." I said excitedly, clapping my hands as He nodded, shushing me a little while chuckling.

Hiro Hamada's POV:

Then.. the movie started and everything with dim along with everyone quieting down. I smiled softly as I unwrapped my straw, putting it in the slushee and slurping a little. It was really good.. cherry was my favorite. Soon enough, 30 minutes into the movie had passed and Everything was going well. Until...

"Hey Megan, I'm just gonna get a little popcorn okay?" I whispered to her, slowly putting my hand near the bucket. She nodded and smiled "sure!" She said, I took a handful of popcorn reaching back over to my mouth, But suddenly my elbow slipped, knocking the rest of the drink on my lap. "Woah! Oh m-my gosh.." I whisper yelled, standing up quickly "I gotta go to the bathroom real quick, be right back!" I said, hurrying off. This was so embarrassing...

I quickly made my way to the bathroom and closed myself into a stall, Grabbing toilet paper and scraping the ice off of my lap. I shivered at how cold it felt before flushing the toilet paper down and sighing. But like the man I am, I had to go back. I didn't wanna miss the movie, And Megan paid for it so I quickly brushed the embarrassment off and headed back to the seat. Of course, seeing a smirking Megan

"You okay Hiro?~ you missed a good part." She said, chuckling as she lightly touched my cheek with hers. Of course she'd tease me.. "I'm fine.. just a little stain." I said, chuckling. She poked my nose and chuckled as well, handing me some more popcorn. "It's okay! I already got a refill."
