That One Day:

Tighnari's POV:
I was reading a book in the academia for a project of mine, I barely got any sleep that night so I was very tired but tried not to fall asleep. I started blankly looking into space like a animal that just got killed, a soft hand touched my back and brought me back into reality "Mhm, dozing off mid story?" He kindly asked me "Oh sorry!" I told him back, a smile had came across his face "I'm Cyno, and you?" The asked me again, but I couldn't reject him so "Oh nice to meet you Cyno, I'm Tighnari." We talked for a while and got lost from time, it was already night we told our goodbyes and went our own way.

7 years later
We have been in touch through letters from time to time, he became the general and I was just a forest watcher, the day he brought Collei I knew I could make her happy, I succeeded and I treat her as my very own kid (well cause she asked) she brings me joy but what makes me even happier is when Cyno sends a letter back, I get the news from the other forest watchers and I normally dash to get the letter (when I mean normal I mean every time) seeing on what he wrote back. But this letter was different than the others.

"Dear Tighnari,
I have been called and said that I could have a break, so in a few days I will come to see you and collei to catch up, see you then Nari!
From, Cyno"
Wait, what- CYNO IS COMING BACK! As I said to myself in panic and excitement, I couldn't hold back my happiness, and quickly told collei about the news.
