-3rd POV-
The sound of explosions could be heard from inside of a prison, as the guards were attacked by something.
As a group of guards moved to intercept whatever was attacking the building, they saw (Y/N), transformed into Flash Freeze, walk out of the cloud of smoke.
Seeing the Alien, the guards became terrified due to knowing what he was capable of. Upon seeing the new group of guards, (Y/N) simply swiped his hand, using Nonverbal Magic to send them flying into the wall. Where an unseen force held them there.
As (Y/N) walked further into the prison, a guard tried to close a door to keep him from going any further. But (Y/N) just turned intangible and walked through the door and the guard.
Encasing both in ice as he moved through them.
Eventually, (Y/N) found what he was looking for. A cell deep in the heart of the prison, where an old family friend was being held.
Upon finding the door, (Y/N) pressed the Ultimatrix dial, turning back into a Human. Only to immediately reactivate the Ultimatrix, and transform into Rath.
Once he was in the form of Rath, (Y/N) ripped the door off it's hinges, and walked into the cell. Finding Hex floating in the center of the room with his legs crossed.
"Hex:My pupil. I've been waiting."
"(Y/N):Sorry, sir. I would've gotten here sooner, but mom and dad needed to find a way to keep Charmcaster distracted long enough."
"Hex:Do you have my staff?"
Without a word, (Y/N) pressed the Ultimatrix dial, de-transforming again. Once in Human form, (Y/N) held his hand to his chest, opening his Human shell, and pulling out Hex's staff.
As the hole in (Y/N)'s shell closed, Hex's staff flew into its owner's hand, with Hex standing on the ground.
"Hex:Interesting. How did you do that?"
"(Y/N):Turns out, I'm not a Human. I'm something called an Anodite. An Energy Being entirely made of Mana."
"Hex:I see. For now, we must leave."
Suddenly, Hex fired a beam of yellow energy at (Y/N). Though the boy didn't seem fazed.
Right before it hit (Y/N), the beam split in two, hitting a pair of guards that had just ran into the room. Blasting them back into the wall, and knocking them unconscious.
"(Y/N):Where to, sir?"
"Hex:We must locate the Keystone Of Bezel, as the Solar Eclipse is soon to arrive."
(Y/N) nodded, before activating the Ultimatrix again, and turning into Speed Demon. In less then a second, (Y/N) carried Hex out of the prison, and far into the surrounding canyons.
A few minutes later, and (Y/N), in the form of Inferno, had lit a campfire which produced a massive pillar of smoke.
With the fire lit, (Y/N) stepped back, letting Hex cast the Spell that would locate the Keystone Of Bezel.
"Hex:Darkara Dorotien Aghosto. The Keystone of Bezel, Reveal Your Location to Me."
A magical compass appeared in the smoke, pointing in the direction of Keystone.
In the city of Las Vegas, the Tennysons were walking into a Magician Of The Year EXPO. Which Gwen wanted to go to.
Though, upon seeing what was happening inside the EXPO, Gwen wasn't impressed.
"Gwen:Magician Of The Year EXPO? It's all cheep junk and tricks. I thought it was gonna be "Magic" Magic, not "Cheesy" Magic."
Of course, Ben seemed to be having fun checking out all the silly stuff for sale.
