Marinettes POV

I hit snooze on my alarm clock as I sat up in my bed. I looked around my room just taking in the moment and questioning why I still do this everyday. LIving a double life, going to school as Marinette and fighting crime as Ladybug. I got down from my loft bed and noticed Tiki was still sleeping, no wonder it was so quiet. I went to my bathroom, I washed my face and just stared at the under eye bags that were starting to form under my eyes. I got dressed and woke Tiki up,

"What's going on?" Tiki said, rubbing her eyes.

"It's a school day tiki. Come on, you can sleep in my bag." I opened my small bag and pointed it in her direction so she could get in. huh for once i'm actually going to be on time. I walked out of the bakery and started walking down the street. Honestly everything today seemed wayyyy too perfect to be true.

"WATCH OUT" I heard a familiar voice yell to the left of me. As I was about to look I felt someone grab me and we rolled to the ground just dodging a car that flew past. Chat noir?

"What the hell?" I said, he was still on top of me and I was starting to get embarrassed.

"Sorry Marinette," he got up, taking my hand and helping me up as well, " i gotta scram but make sure you get somewhere safe mk? Ill Cat-cha later" He put two fingers to his forehead and flicked them back into my direction. His staff hit the ground and extended off into the distance. I ran into the nearest alleyway and Tiki flew out of my bag.

"Alright Tiki lets go help that silly kitty, Tiki spots on!!!!" I flew out of the alleyway swinging from building to building looking for any signs of an akumatized villain. That's when I spotted Chat fighting off Dark Cupid. I dropped down right next to him.

"Hey M'Lady nice of you to drop in" he smiled at me. I did a half smile back but something felt different. I was so caught up that I didn't even realize I was about to get hit. That's when Chat took the hit for me. His lips turned black as he slowly looked up at me, He started walking towards me.

"I don't love you and I never have!" He lifts his staff and starts to swing at me. I dodged and ran to get cover. I needed my lucky charm for this. I made sure Chat wasn't around,

"LUCKY CHARM" I threw my yoyo into the air and a heart shaped candy apple fell into my hands.

"What the hell am I supposed to do with this?" I looked around then the car i was hiding behind was lifted up by chat,

"You can't hide from me ladybug, I will destroy you just like you destroyed my heart!" I ran and then I had a brilliant idea. What if the curse of the akuma can be broken by a kiss? I need to try because I need him in order to defeat Dark Cupid. I snuck up above Chat noir and watched him from the top of a building waiting for the right moment to strike. He got distracted by a heart shaped balloon and I tied him up with my yoyo and hung him from a lamp post.

"Sorry kitty but I've had enough of this salty behavior for one day." I grabbed his cheeks and thought for a moment, oh lord i cant believe im about to kiss him. I hope he doesn't remember this... I started shaking and I could feel my cheeks get flustered. Why am I getting so nervous??? I don't have feelings for Chat, Do i? I pushed all my thoughts aside and kissed him, his lips were so soft and I could feel myself wanting to give in. I snapped out of it and pulled away to see him start to wake up so I dropped him from his hanging position and acted like nothing happened. His lips went back to normal,
