Chapter 5 - Insecure.

~🖤Theo's Pov🖤~

My hand trembles as I hold my phone, "Hello son. I was wondering if you could come over. I missed you." I clenched my fist. She's so fucking fake. Anger rushed through my veins. I look over at Owen. He looked scared. I take a deep breath and calm myself down, "Why do you want to see me. You never wanted to till now." My Mother snickers, "Remember that girl you dated when you were 16. I was thinking about you marrying her." I could feel my blood go hot, "Mom. How many times do I need to fucking tell you. I don't need anyone. Nor do I need anyone. I can take care of myself just fine." She sighs in disappointment, "Fine. But at least come over." I sigh and rub my eyes, "Fine. But I'm not fucking staying." I hang up and sigh in anger.

Owen walks over to me, "Was that your mom..?" I nod and fill a cup up with water, "She's a bitch. She wants me to come over." Owen smiles a little, "I'll go with you if you want." I sip my water, "As much as I'd like that I really don't want you to. My mother is a cruel bitch who makes everyone feel like shit around her. And I don't want her to make you feel like crap." Owen nods, "I'll be fine Theo. I'll go with you." I sigh and grab my phone and keys, "Fine."

~💕Owens Pov💕~

We pull up to Theo's parents house and it's amazing. It's gorgeous and big. They even have a in ground pool, "Theo your house is amazing." He scoffs, "I guess so." We walk up to the door and a guy in a suit answers it, "Welcome back master Theo. It's been awhile." He rolls his eyes, "Yea whatever I'm not staying." I look at the guy. He's very formal and he must be a butler. He lets us in and we walk into the living room which was full of shiny expensive things. 

Theo's mother walks in with a long black dress. She had red hair the reached down to her shoulders. She was wearing black makeup on her eyes and red lipstick, "Welcome home son." Theo scoffs and doesn't respond. I sit on the couch and Theo's mother looks me up and down, "Who is this Theo. What is he doing in my house." Theo sits next to me, "He's a roommate." I nod and she glares at me, "Well my name is Alice. Call me Alice only." I nod my head, "Nice to meet you I'm Owen." I hold my hand out for her to shake but she just looks at me in disgust.

I plaster a fake smile on my face and pick at my fingers, "So Owen. How much do you eat." I froze and laugh nervously, "I-I eat normal like everyone else aha.." Alice laughs, "Is that so? You are Awfully fat for your age." Theo slams his hands on the coffee table. His mom flinches in surprise, "Don't you ever fucking call Owen fat you understand me bitch." Alice blinks and sighs, "Whatever makes you happy Theo." I put on a fake smile to hide the fact I was really hurt. Theo grabs my arm tightly, "I think it's time we fucking leave."

He drags me to the front door, "No son wait! You don't have to leave just because of him! Stay with your mom like how you used to!" Theo scoffs, "Go outside Owen I'll meet up with you in a few." I nod and walk outside and flinch when the door gets slammed. I sit on a bench that was outside when someone approaches me, "Hello there. Are you my little brothers roommate?" I look up to see someone that looks almost like Theo but older. He's wearing a suit and he has black hair. I nod, "Yes.. What's your name?" The guy responds, "I'm Jake. I'm 20 years old." 

I gasp, "Wow! you're only 20? You look mature enough to be 30." Jake laughs, "Thanks for the compliment. How about you?" I smile, "I'm Owen and I'm 17 years old." His eyes widen, "Wow only 17?  My brother always seems to make friends with younger people. Anyways why are you out here?" I sigh, "Mrs. Alice called me fat.. and now Theo is angry and they are arguing." He nods, "Yea Theo doesn't like mother. I don't blame him. He's always been neglected since he was 5." I gasp, "that's horrible.." He nods and the Theo emerges out of the house and grabs me, "Let's go Owen.." I nod and he looks at Jake, "What the hell are you doing talking to Owen." Jake laughs nervously, "I was just asking him what was going on." Theo looks at me and I nod, "Alright.. Nice seeing you brother..I guess." Theo walks me over to the car and we drive away.
