8 - shopping

      A/n: So in the beginning, I did intend for this chapter to be about the new school, but it ended up being about shopping. So please, just skip this chapter, save the second hand embarrassment.

   After going to school, she greeted her friends and told them the news. Yes, they were heartbroken. They were gonna miss her. Especially Alexandra, I mean she had no other friends then Anastasia, and Eleanore had other friends to hang out with.

   After school

   "Hey dad! I'm home!"

   "Welcome home sport, I'm in a meeting so please don't be a bother."

   "Alright"

   Anastasia unpacked her bag and put her belongings away then went upstairs to her room, and looked at her empty space. All she had was a bed, dresser with few clothes in it, and a desk with a chair and a light with nothing on it. She never really thought about decorating. So she decided go go out into town.

   'Okay. I've been saving up for three months, and now I have $4,284. What could I buy?'

   Anastasia went through her dresser and got rid of most of her clothes. She then texted her dad that she was going out shopping and he sent her a thumbs up back. She then stopped in her tracks and realized, she can't get a driver's license until 16. And she's 15. So she went back into her room and waited until her dad was done his meeting.

   Thirty minutes later

   She heard her dad finish his call and she busted his door open to announce him something

   *bam*

   "Dad"

   "AH! Oh, Anastasia. Holy fvck. You scared the sh!t outa me child."

   "Dad I'm not old enough to open my own credit card and I'm not old enough to drive. So you need to drive me, let's go. We're going now."

   "Now?"

   "Yes now."

   "Damn sport calm down, let me get my wallet and stuff first. Also, you know you're paying, right?"

   "Yup! I know! I've been saving up."

   Her dad gets ready and find his daughter standing at the doorway waiting for him.

   "Any idea on what you're getting?"

   "Eh, somewhat. I mean I've looking on Amazon for little decor that I could get"

   "Okay, first what are we getting in town that we can get."

   "Clothes, most definitely."

   "Are you sure? You have plenty of clothes upstairs."

   "I have like five shirts left, three pants, six shorts, and two sweaters."

   "Socks and underwear?"

   Anastasia gave him a 'seriously?' Kind of look.

   "Sorry! Just wondering."

   The two went out into town and got her some clothes. Then they went into IKEA and looked around to see what they could find. They ended up getting a 5 unit shelf, a nightstand, a new desk with drawers, and a gaming chair. Just because it's comfy, and there for Anastasia could play with her friends. But she would have to pay for the rest herself. Her dad bought the stuff at IKEA (w dad) and they went back to just some shopping. They did some window shopping, and Anastasia bought the entire series of Junie B, Nancy Drew, Geronimo Stilton and Thea Stilton. She bought some perfume and some skin care stuff, two note books a sketch book and some pencils sharpeners pencil crayons and markers only for at home.

   In the end the clothes were $120, the IKEA furniture was like $2,686, the skin care stuff was $20, and the books were $150, and the rest was $30. So in total Anastasia spent $320 and her dad spent $2,686.

   They two went home happy. Anastasia happy because she now has some stuff to fill in the echo of her room, and the dad because now he doesn't have to do more running around and paying for her. Yes, even though they agreed on not paying her stuff. So now left over Anastasia had $3,964. So they decided to go onto Amazon.

   "How about this dad, You buy the things, and I pay you back."

   "What's the limit?"

   "Hmm... $3,000?"

   "Alright, that'll do."

   "Thanks pops"

   "No problem sport."

   So Anastasia got some led lights that were $20, the promised never land series which was $159.95, 4 pack 15 inch shelfs for $36.99, a golden duvet cover for $89.99, a Polaroid camera for $89.97, and a phone case for $12.99.

   "Alright, that should do. Let's see the cart"

   They went into the cart and the total turned out to be $409.89. (Correct me if I'm wrong) they bought the stuff then Anastasia played back her dad.

   A/n: Sorry this chapter is short, I mean I was intending this chapter to be about the new school but by the time I was like 600 words in I'm like screw it and changed the chapter name to shopping.
