Chapter 52: The Match of the Demon Shark's Son

The excitement of the crowd cheering could be heard throughout the arena.

"There sure excited about the match," Kaito commented.

"It not to see Narutofight that for sure, they're interested in Neji Hyuga," Akira stated.

"She right. I like Naruto and all, but Neji is stronger. Who knows if he can actually pull off the win," Kei agreed as she looked at the two standing on the field, not moving.

Finally, after what felt like hours, Naruto and Neji began the match between the two of them.

(I decided to show the video of the cannon matches since we all know what happens instead of writing them out.)

The match came to a very unexpected of, with Naruto winning the match against Neji. He seems close to losing after Neji blocks his chakra points, but then suddenly, he gains access to more charka, but it was orange in color that was swirling around him.

'That chakra it was so different from his usual chakra. So it was just as I thought him and Gaara were the same.' Kei thought, looking at them as he stood standing above Neji, lying on the ground after being punched in the chin by Naruto.

"Wow, that was totally unexpected. The idiot actually won," Kaito commented.

"You always call him that, but even so, you see him as a rival," Akira said, smiling at Kaito.

"That's because Kaito is not the person to admit he like someone, so instead, he calls them names or, in most female cases, flirts and avoids flirting with the female he truly loves," Kei said, looking at Kaito with a knowing look knowing his secret crush.

"Yeah, he can flirt, alright," Akira agreed.

Kei and her teammates stopped talking as they heard the clapping and cheering of the crowd for Naruto's win.

"Yeah!" Naruto cheered, running around happily.

"Man, that knucklehead has too much energy," Kei said, shaking her head.

"Too much energy for you to date him?" Kaito chuckled.

"Oh, be quiet. It's about almost time for the next match," Akira said, hitting Kaito on the head to make him shut up.

"Hey Kei, wasn't I awesome!" Naruto exclaimed, walking over to her once he had made it up the steps.

"Yeah, you did great, Naruto," Kei nodded.

"Alright, will the two constants come on down!" Genma called out. "The opponents for the second match are Kaito Hoshigaki and Issa Jinja!" He announced.

"You better watch closely, idiot, and see how a real ninja wins a match," Kaito mocked, descending the stairs.

"Who are you calling an idiot!? I'm just as much a ninja as you!" Naruto exclaimed.

"Keep telling yourself that if it helps you go in with your day," Kaito chuckled.

Kei shook her head and turned her attention to the other, not walking to the field. He had light green chin-length hair. He wore a sleeveless vest jacket over a dark green short-sleeve shirt and knee-length brown pants. A black forehead proctor was worn around his waist.

"That jerk, watch him lose his match!" Naruto complained.

"Nah, Kaito is not going to lose so easily. He definitely built up more strength over the month of training," Akira said."You have gotten stronger as well, I admit, but Kaito built more muscle, and his chakra feels more muscular, but it is nothing compared to Kei's charka," She stated.

"Hey, I got muscle!? Right Kei?" Naruto said loudly.

"Yeah, sorry, Naruto, but you don't. Maybe you gain some after eating less Ramen," Kei said, glancing at Naruto's figure.

Akira couldn't help but laugh at Naruto's offended expression."She said you now shut it. The match is going to start soon."

"That boy, the son of the Demon shark," A Jounin said from within the crowd.

"Well, people seem interested in the match," Akira said to Kei as Naruto left to stand next to Shikamaru and Shino.

"So half shark boy, you think you can beat me?" Issa asked with a smirk on his face.

Kaito gripped on the sword that stealth around his waist.

"Is that a new sword?" Kei asked.

"Yeah, his father got it custom-made for him," Akira replied."You seem to got new clothes over the month. looks good."

"Thanks guess I spent too much time away from you two," Kei stated."Sorry about that just had a lot on my mind, but I believe I figured things out for the most part."

"I don't think I can win," Kaito said, pulling out his sword."I know I will beat you because im the son of the Demon Shark!" He declared with a serious expression on his face.

"Kaito, you can do it!" Amir cheered.

"You talk about me likening Naruto, but you like Katio the flirt," Kei commented.

"I guess we both have interesting choices in guys, but they're both better than Sasuke," Akira said with a smile.

"I agree any boy is better than the cold emo Sauske who cares about nobody," Kei said.

"True though he does talk to you more than any other girl."

"I guess he does, but then again, I don't fan over him like he is an object."

"Now, enough chatter," Kaito commented, getting into a fighting stance.

The boys glared at each other so that you could see sparks of lighting coming from their eyes in determination.

"Now let the second match begin!" Genma commanded.

Soon as it was declared, the match could begin. Kaito was seen rushing forward with his sword, and Issa with a kunai in his head.
