"What are you looking at?" Victor startled at Cade's voice, his eyes flickering down to his lap. He had been awake for a few hours now, and Cade had been sleeping with his arms wound around his waist, his head resting in Victor's lap. Cade snorted at the way Victor jumped, though he simply nuzzled his face against his thigh.

"Just something I... something I've been considering for a while." Victor said softly, tilting his phone so Cade could look at it easily. Cade peered at the screen, eyebrow raising curiously.

"Another Ear Piercing?" He questioned, and Victor nodded slowly, trying to gauge his reaction to his idea.
"Aren't these enough?" He was confused by the question until he felt Cade pinch his nipples lightly, causing him to squeak, cheeks flushing as he realized he was indicating his nipple piercings
"Or the new one you got." He lightly toyed with the space just beside Victor's ear.

"Yes, but I have wanted more piercings for a long time. Shawn thought they were too girly, though, so I avoided it the best I could." Victor explained with a quiet huff, swatting at his hands. Cade gave a low chuckle, seeming to consider his words.

"Then we can go get it for you." He said finally, earning a look of surprise from Cade.
"Assuming that is what you want."

"Yes, well, I mean...it is." He gave a slow nod, cheeks flushed.

"Why another, though? You just got that one." Cade questioned. Victor considered the question carefully before he spoke.

"The first one had a more personal reason, well two. One is that the piercing in the right ear is intended to indicate one is...gay. But I also want it because a close friend of mine had it, due to his preference, yes. I want it to honor him as well." Victor explained quietly.

"What happened to him?" Cade's voice was soft as he squeezed Victor's hand, and he gave a weak smile.

"Motorcycle accident. He and his boyfriend both passed." Cade's lips pressed together at his answer before he tugged his fingers to his lips.

"So that's why you got the piercing, foxy. Whether it is for your friend or a sexual preference, I like it." He murmured.

"You know, there is an argument on if the single piercing actually indicates being gay." Victor let out a weak laugh, and Cade raised an eyebrow.

"Dietrich, that was his name, got the piercing done freshman year. Some took it as his openly being gay. Others thought it was stupid; the right piercing thing was forever ago." He explained to him, toying with Cade's fingers as he spoke.
"Sasha, his boyfriend, got his left ear pierced just to tell the haters to fuck off." He grinned, clearly amused by the memory. Cade considered him before he leaned in, softly kissing Victor's thigh before his head settled back on his lap.

"Maybe I should get the left piercing then." Cade drawled, earning a look of surprise from Victor.

"They were boyfriends, dating." Victor pointed out softly. Cade considered his words, not bothering to open his eyes before he shrugged.

"Fair point."

Victor had been unable to stop the words from spilling from his mouth. Dietrich and Sasha had been good friends of his. They had been childhood friends, practically destined to date. He and Cade were only a dom and sub. It did not feel right to ask Cade to get something permanent with him when their contract was going to end someday.

"Victor, why are you tense?"

"I was being rude." Victor grumbled quietly, biting his lip. Cade snorted at his words and rolled so he could stare at him.

"The last thing you are is rude, foxy. Don't be worried about that." He murmured before he cleared his throat and stood.
"Anyways, you said this new one you want as a different reasoning? Why is that?"
