Mahir's Pov

I rushed to the OT . I looked and My breath hitched and heart stopped beating for the moment . Belaa!! I shouted . everyone looked at me in shock , they didn't know that she is my wife , meri jaan covered all in blood. I went to her and patted her cheeks . Bela utho please , bacha please . mai janta hu tum naraz ho mujhse , please utho , I said crying . Another doctor who was present there gave her report to him

Dr : Sir , she has suffered a lot of blood loss . Her situation is complicated . She has major injuries , particularly in the brain . we are not sure about internal bleeding . We don't know if she'll survive or not

M : (shouts) shut up

pratham comes there . he is a dermatologist in my hospital

P : Mahir shant ho ja . bela ko check kar tu abhi

I looked at her again . and took her hand in mine . I checked her pulses, they're going down . Next thing shocked me . what!!she is . my bela is pregnant . I am gonna be a father . our baby . fresh tears forms in my eyes

M : Call the gynaecologist now

P : But why ??

M : she is pregnant dammit

P : you can handle that too

M : I can't take any risk

suhani comes as pratham informed her . she stood outside the OT . gynae comes

G : I am sorry sir . she is so weak . I don't think so that baby will survive . there are 0.00001 % chance of survival of baby .

M : noo!!

Dr : sir we have to start

I looked at bela . no!! mujhse nhi hoga . m nhi kar paunga

M : I'll not perform it

P : mahir are you gone mad ? Bela is your wife

M : That's the problem

S : (crying) Mahir plzz bela ko sirf tum hi bacha skte ho

M : suhani mujhse nhi ho payega. mai bela ko aise dekh bhi pa rha surgery to dur ki baat hai . mujhme utni himmat nhi

S : toh kya marne doge usse . uske baad khushi hogi tumhe hn ?? . kitne selfish ho tum

She is right !! I composed myself and walked towards my cabin . tears were continuously rolling out of my eyes . bela is pregnant. my baby is pregnant . I looked at my hand which was covered in her blood . I cleaned them , sanitized myself. I can't even back off . I have to do it . It's really hard for me . I wore my scrub , mask and gloves . I went to reception and signed all the necessary particulars then I went to OT straight . God!! please help me ........ It was a long surgery at the same time it was so tough for me . I came out after checking everything . I have to be strong just for bela

S : Mahirr?? is everything alright?

M : yeah

S : mah..

M : suhani abhi nhi please

I said and left from there . I was tired both emotionally and physically . I took a cold shower and went to the ICU . bela was shifted to ICU after surgery . I called the gynae to check her ones .
