Episode 14

"A Sudden Turn of Events"

Despite the progress Y/N and Jungkook had made in rebuilding their relationship, their business was still facing some major challenges. They had been working on a big deal with a potential investor, but just when it seemed like everything was falling into place, things took a sudden turn.

The investor had backed out at the last minute, leaving Jungkook and Y/N scrambling to find a new solution. They were both frustrated and exhausted, feeling like they had hit a dead end.

"I don't know what to do," Y/N admitted, slumping down into her chair.

Jungkook sat across from her, looking equally defeated.

"We can't just give up," he said firmly. "We need to find another investor, or come up with a new strategy."

Y/N knew that Jungkook was right, but she couldn't shake the feeling of hopelessness. Just then, her phone rang, interrupting their conversation.

"Hello?" she answered, not recognizing the number.

"Y/N, it's me," a voice on the other end said. It was her old boss, the one who had pressured her into betraying Jungkook.

Y/N felt a sense of panic wash over her at the sound of his voice. She had cut ties with him completely after her betrayal, and she had no idea why he was calling her now.

"What do you want?" she asked, her voice trembling.

"I heard about the situation with your investor," he said. "And I think I might have a solution."

Y/N was hesitant to trust him, but she also knew that they were running out of options. She agreed to meet with him the next day to hear him out.

When Y/N arrived at the meeting, she was surprised to see that Jungkook was already there, speaking with her former boss. He looked up as she walked in, his expression guarded.

"What's going on?" she asked, feeling uneasy.

Jungkook turned to her, his eyes filled with anger.

"He's trying to buy us out," he said. "He wants to take control of our company."

Y/N felt a sense of betrayal wash over her as she realized what was happening. Her old boss had set her up to take the fall for his own gain, and now he was trying to take everything that she and Jungkook had worked so hard for.

"What are we going to do?" she asked, feeling helpless.

Jungkook looked at her, determination in his eyes.

"We're going to fight back," he said. "We're not going to let him take what's rightfully ours."

Y/N felt a surge of hope as she looked at Jungkook. She knew that they were in for a tough battle, but she also knew that they were stronger together than they ever could be apart.
