1. Meeting Points

Usually when your managers calling into a meeting it's always bad. Like being forced to disband or because of rumors going around about them. Thankfully that's not going happen for me. As I sat down at the table. They looked at me. "Don't worry Harley. But there's been an opportunity come up for you." My manager said to me I looked at him.

"May I ask what it is?" I asked him with a smile and he looked at me and nodded.

"How would you like to be one the new MC's of Inkigayo alongside Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together?" He asked me and I smiled. But then I realized the last time I shared a stage with Yeonjun, I was so awkward. Of course the girls were making fun of me and teasing me. Saying that I had a crush but I hadn't thought of anyone like that.

"I would love to. Do you know what the new MC song stage is and who it is?" I asked, I wouldn't be the only one. There would be someone else.

"The song is Hype Boy, and I know that you'll find that easy as you would sing it all the time and still don't most days. The other new MC is Woonhak of the group Boy Next Door." He said to me and I looked at him with a nod. I would very happily do this.

"I can't wait to meet up with them. Do you know when the start date is?" I asked him and he looked at me with a nod.

"It will be the 23rd of July and today it is the 12th so I'm 11 days, if that's ok for you of course. I know you girls are preparing a lot." He said to me and I could see the contract next to him.

"I'll do it. Don't worry, I can easily do both." I said to him a smile and he smiled back at me.

"Then let's get this confirmed and signed. I'll tell SBS after this that this is all going ahead. We can wait to see you grace everyone's screens soon." He said to me with a smile and I was glad about all of this. I signed everything before I was starting to head back to the dorm. I then heard my phone go, it was my best friend in the group, Aurelia. We were the two Americans in the group. I answered the call.

"Is everything okay? It wasn't anything bad was it." She asked me. I could see that she was sat in our room. At the desk.

"Trust me it was all good you don't need to worry." I said to her with a smile.

"I'm so glad about that Harley, I don't know what I would've done if it was bad. Maybe I'd cry with you and cook you dinner. Then I'd find the cats." She said to me. Aurelia was someone that always wanted to share how you felt. If you were sad, she'd be sad. If you were happy, she was happy as well. People would call us twins because we always knew what each other would say. But we call that our bond.

"Well you can change all of those plans. I'll tell you the good news when I get in." I said to her with a smile. Once I was back at the dorm I saw that she'd invited the other three as well. Balam, Daeun, Jiayi and Malai.

"So what's the good news?" Daeun asked as she leaned closer to the end of the sofa. I smiled at her.

"Please tell me the suspense is killing." Balam, she was the leader said to us, I looked at her with a smile.

"You are all looking at the new MC for Inkigayo." I said to them all with a smile and they all charged into me hugging me.

"I'm so happy for you, I can't wait for you to introduce us and hand us over our first trophy from there as well." Malai said to us, she was out Maknae and we all loved her.

"But your all forgetting. She's going to have to work with Choi Yeonjun. You remember the last time she stood next to him. At Music Bank. She almost tripped over and landed on him and she couldn't even talk. Just fumbled her words." Jiayi said to us and I looked at her and shook my head.

"Yeah, so I couldn't talk the last time. But I have Woonhak from Boy Next Door with us as well. I've never actually met him before. All I know is that Yeonjun could be bad for business for me. But I can live with that." I said to them and that's when Aurelia looked at me and grabbed my face.

"As long as you won't get crazy and start yearning over him. But I know that you'll be okay especially since you'll come home to me." She said to me and I looked at her with a smile.  This is why I loved these girls. We'd been together for two years. I was 19 when we debuted and I feel like I've grown since then.

"Well, I think this calls for a celebration." I said to them all with a smile.

"I think this calls for a dinner, who's down for that?" Aurelia asked with a smile and everyone else shook their heads.

"We're heading to the studio to practice tonight but feel free to go out with friends." Daeun said with a smile and I looked at Aurelia. I had a few friends in mind. We then started to make a small list.

"Why don't you call Somi and I call Yunjin? Then whoever finish first call the calls Julie and the other calls Giselle?" I asked pitching an idea to Aurelia. We'd all somehow managed to start a friendship together. Me and Julie became friends because we were neighbors at one point back in Hawaii before my family moved us to Dallas.

"Sounds like a plan to me." Aurelia said to me and I started to call Somi. She was going to come with us. By the end of it everyone had confirmed that they could go. We found a restaurant and that's where we all met up. "Guys, Harley has herself a new job." Aurelia said and I looked at her with a smile.

"Wait, Harley. You're not having an acting debut are you? I always knew this day would come. Why didn't you call me to practice lines or whatever." Julie said and she playfully hit me. It wasn't that.

"Julie, calm down. It is not that. But let's say, I can't wait to see you promoting for a few couple more weeks. I'll be cheering you on from the sidelines." I said to her and that's when I could see Yunjin thinking.

"Wait, are you MCing now? I'm so proud of you." Yunjin said as she stood up and came around to hug me. I looked at her with a smile.

"I am, I'm the new host of Inkigayo." I said with a smile and I could see how proud everyone looked at me.

"You know now that this is my excuse to annoy you when you interview me." Giselle said and I looked at her with a smile.

"You could never annoy me." I said to her with a smile.

"When I get to promote my comebacks you know I'm stealing you all the time. I need you to be the first idol to do all the challenges." Somi said to me with a smile and I put my hand out and she took it.

"It will be my absolute honor to be the first." I said to her with a smile. We then continued with our dinner. Talking and laughing. Of course we have to be careful about what we say. Who knows who could listen to us all.
