Dancing At The ALDC

Chapter 1

Wow, I'm standing in front of a building that all my idols, all my stars, are inside, Chloe Lukasiak, Paige Hyland, Brooke Hyland, Mackenzie Ziegler, Maddie Ziegler, Nia Frazier and Kendall Vertes.
"Come on Lucille!" Mum called, distracting me from my thoughts, "Coming Mum!" I called back, walking towards the entrance, Mum opened the door from me and we walked inside together, at the entrance we met Gianna, "Hello, I'm Mrs Winters, this is my daughter Lucille Grace" Mum introduced, "You can call me Lucy" I inturrupted, Gianna laughed, "Okay Lucy, You wait here, I'll tell you when to come in" Gianna informed us, I nodded, Gianna stood up and showed us where to sit.
I suddently began to feel sick, What if the girls won't like me? What if I mess up? What if- Lucy, be strong, your better then that! I argued with myself quite a long time till Gianna called us, "Lucy, Mrs Winters follow me" Gianna said and led us to the studio, i gulped, "Three-Two-One! Entrance!" A man yelled from behind the door, Mum pushed the door open and we both went inside, Abby stood next to the pyramid, The girls; Chloe, Paige, Brooke, Mackenzie, Maddie, Nia and Kendall, stood there, watching me walk shyly up to them.
"This is Lucille Winters" Abby introduced, walking up to me and resting her hand on my shoulder, "She will be staying with us for a week- and if we win- she stays- if we loose- bye bye lucille" Abby explained, I shaked with fear on the inside, What if we loose? Will I really have to kiss goodbye to the ALDC?
Abby walked me next to Chloe and Nia, "Hi" Chloe greeted me, "Hey" I barely could say, I was astounded, I was dying from happiness.
But on the outside I was a strong confident girl, "Ok so, the group dance is a lyrical piece called Promise Me, Nia has a jazz solo called Princess Of Jazz, Kendall and Paige have a contemporary duet called Death Of Me, Mackenzie, Maddie and Chloe have a trio, An Acro dance named Belive In Yourself, and Lucille has a duet with Maddie, a hip-hop dance called Jump To The Beat" Abby explained.
Abby clapped her hands, "moms you are dismissed" Abby yelled, "annnd- cut" the producer said, "good job everyone- we got it in one take" he continued, "now lucille, dance perfectly, mistakes- we'll cut off, the other girls will be kind of jealous but only show it on their faces- got it?" The producer asked, we nodded.
"Abby get ready in three- two- one- ACTION!" The producer called and started filming, "Mackenzie, you stand here- Paige you're on the left- ugh- Paige I said the left- not the right" Abby said, "Brooke You stand here, Lucille you are here, Brooke! Over here, not next to Paige with your gossiping" Abby yelled.
"Good- Now Kendall- your over here- Maddie,your in the center-front, and Nia your here" Abby ordered and then sat down, "now Everyone except for Maddie lays on the floor on their stomach" Abby said, We all laid.
"Now Maddie will turn 10 times and you guys slowly come up" Abby taught us, then you all go on your toes and left-right-turn 10 times- left-right- ariel" Abby conducted, I did as the producer said, The producer signaled Brooke's eye, "bump into Paige" he mouthes, Brooke moved her hand and bam into paige, Paige fell on the floor and started crying, we all ran to her, "CUT!" The producer said and came to us, along with a lady, "move away girls" she said, she applied red eyeshadow around Paige's eye, and splashed drips of water on her eyes.
"Now I want Chloe to blame Brooke and Maddie will side with Brooke, Lucille will be nervous and will talk with Mackenzie, who is also nervous, Nia will not side but will help Paige feel better" the producer said.
"Now places" the producer said, running back to his spot, "three two one action" the producer counted, "Brooke that was not nice at all" Chloe said madly, "Hey don't blame her- it was entirely by accident!" Maddie sided up, I put on a nervous face and went to Mackenzie, "What's happening?" I asked Mackenzie, "I don't know but I don't want to be part of the fight" Mackenzie explained, "me too" I agreed.
"DONT YOU DARE TOUCH BROOKE CHLOE" Maddie yelled, The producer signaled Melissa and Kelly to come down, the door banged open, Kelly running to Paige and Melissa to Maddie, "Class dismissed for now" Abby muttered disappointed and walked out, Mackenzie and I went out to the dancers den, a camera followed us, "I'm really sorry this is what you had to see on your first day here" Mackenzie said, I shrugged, "Mistakes happen- but it doesn't mean to start a fight" I said, "agreed" Mackenzie agreed and we both laughed, "How old are you again?" Mackenzie asked, "11 and three quarters" I answered.
"And where did you come from?" Mackenzie asked, "From London, England" I replied, gesturing my British accent, Mackenzie laughed, "I always wanted to live in England- I don't know why- it just seems so sophisticated there..." Mackenzie admitted, I nodded "oh it is sophisticated there" I laughed.
"Are you an only child?" Mackenzie asked and I shook my head,"I have an older brother named Liam and younger twins named Ashleigh and Ashton" i said, "I have Maddie and my two stepbrothers" Mackenzie said, "we both have two girls and two boys in the family" I told Mackenzie, we gave each other a high five, "and cut" a different producer said, "wow that was amazing, it felt so real" the producer admitted, Mackenzie and I laughed, "I was not acting- that was me in real life" I said, "Yeah, I was talking from my heart- now from my brain" Mackenzie agreed, "scientifically you used both your heart and brain to say it but we all understand what you meant" the producer said.
we all laughed and the producer went back to her place, "ok let's film another scene, and... action!" The producer yelled, "let's go check on them" Mackenzie said, I nodded, we stood up and walked to the studio, knowing that the camera was following us.
