Chapter 1

Me and Lili always knew we would meet them someday, Kian Lawley and JC Caylen. We were them, younger female versions of our YouTube heroes. Lili was short with brown hair and I was tall and skinny. I was kind of a weirdo like Kian but Lili was just one of those people who can always make you laugh like JC. I know it sounds silly but to us it meant the world.

I woke up and pounced on Lili getting her up too, "Cori! Stop it!" She yelled over and over until she was standing up in her light blue pajamas that said *Sweet Dreams* across the front. Her hair was pretty messy and she looked pretty funny. She was crazy but she was my everything. With so many things rushing through my mind over the years, she kept me sane.

I had a whole perfect outfit planned out for this! My white high waisted shorts, a maroon vans cropped tank top, and my maroon vans. Well they are actually Lili's but..... I left my long, dark blonde hair down straight and I wore white pearl earrings. I put on mascara and a little bit of foundation and I was ready to go.

We drove for an hour from our hotel to where we would finally meet THEM.

We were only 14 so Lili's grandma drove us. Let's just say she didn't quite understand what was going on.

Lili's face told me that she was nervous to meet JC, I mean......to them we were just more pretty girls, they didn't want to get to know us or be our friends. We just said to ourselves that at least we were meeting them.

The show went on and about an hour later we were in the line to finally do what we came here for.

We were the last ones in line and somehow I made eye contact with Kian. His hair was blonde And his eyes were even prettier than I imagined. I smiled the cheesy smile I do and I slowly walked towards him with my phone out ready to take pictures.

His eyes looked right at my thighs and at first I didn't know what he was doing.

My scars.....

He stared for a minute and then looked at my face, he frowned a bit as he just stared at me.

I looked at Lili and JC who were laughing and smiling, hugging and taking lots of pictures.

"My names Cori" I whispered. It was aquard and I didn't know what to say. "You obviously know who I am" he stated as he stood up and smiled a little.

Then he hugged me and I was wrapped in his sent and his soft t-shirt. Lili and JC were hitting it off pretty fast but me and Kian just had small talk about how we are so much alike. He also talked about how him and "fans" don't have conversations a lot but how he wanted to get to know me better.

I had a quick thought about if me and him could ever have something between us but then AGIAN there is a 5 year age difference and the thought flew out of my mind.

He asked for my number
"(970)-596-7523" I said kind of quiet. I was embarrassed because I figured I was just a joke, he was trying to make me feel special.

We hugged, he held on to me for a while and then me and Lili left. Just like that it was all over. Lili and I giggled and talked about how sweet each of them were. We faught about what pictures to post in Instagram and I told her the ones I didn't want all over social media because I looked wired. I always feel like the aquard one in photos.

We got back and changed into our pjs.

Then, my phone buzzed

Want to come to this party
With JC and I?

I woke up Lili and texted Kian back.

To:Kian
We don't have a ride at we are
At the hotel with Lili's grandma
And she's sleeping 😂

From:Kian
I don't care what hotel, we will
come pick you up just sneak out!

We changed into our previous outfits and then, we snuck out.
