Both Chan and Minho had been in an accident. They weren't comatosed but they were in a hospital. Both had dreamt about the same thing with each other. When Chan woke up, he was calm and asked the nurse if she knows someone named "Lee Minho." The nurse was so kind that she helped him to Minho's room. And as if on queue, Minho woke up when Chan was getting closer to his room. They never ever ever have seen each other before in their life. The first time that they saw each other was in their dreams and that hospital scene.
