Part #5

Lunch, finally.

The dream I had last night was coming back to me, and for a safe cause, I decided not to eat in class. Instead I'll eat somewhere hidden outside.

I am a wimp. But after what happened at pe today, it is better than nothing. And I am sure that he will come for me.

Definitely.

I sneaked out, into the grounds. I looked around, how did I not see this area before? It is infact beautiful, so walking around while admiring the plants, I finally found a place to eat.

Somewhere where that king Kong cannot find me. And that brat.

Sitting down, I started to eat. But then, I started hearing noises. Was my cover blown? I looked around, no way someone could find me. But, the noise became more clear,

"Babe, it's so unfair I don't get to spend time with you."

"I know, but one day, it'll be just us two. That idiot won't be here anymore."

Uhm, do people use this hidden area to make out? I hope not, looking around, I couldn't see anyone. But curiosity got the better of me, and that voice did sound really familiar.

Going closer towards the sound, I could finally see the two people beside the wall. And whatever this place was, it was a really good place to hide. And eat.

Getting closer, I could see the two people's faces, and I was shocked.

Nadine, and some random boy, kissing.

I almost gagged at this sight.

Almost.

Is this girl trying to get jahanamm (hell) premium?

But then I realized, I shouldn't judge.

Running as fast as I could away from them, I finally stopped. Looking around I found myself in the middle of the pathway. Somewhere where that jerk could find me easily.

Speaking of the devil, I found him walking towards me, but he wasn't looking. Then he stopped when he saw my shoes, and looked up.

All this time trying to hide from him, was useless.

I had a good look at his face, and it wasn't a pretty image. He had a black eye and a fat bandage on his nose. His face was bruised, but he did it first. His fault. My face was still bruised anyway.

"For 2 days, and look how much trouble you've brought upon me," I said to him. He still looked at me.

"That's your problem. I don't want to speak to a nuisance like you for now. Get out of my sight," he replied. But he wasn't angry. But how dare he treat me like a bug.

Bumping into my shoulder, he walked on. But I wasn't having it. Going up to him, I kicked him in the leg. "Did you just kick me?" He turned around and his face looked shocked.

"Don't state the obvious, it's not my fault you brought that pain upon yourself. And also, I'm not some bug you can flick your fly swatter upon," I replied.

He got closer to me, and now he looked furious. Whincing at the pain, he said, " I told you, I'm not in the mood. Please just go away."

Adding, "when I get better, you will experience the worse," with that he left off.

What's going on? Did he find out that his girlfriend was cheating on him? Even so, I don't care. I shouldn't waste my thoughts on an idiot like him.

I walked off in a different direction.

Schools's finished, and now I can finally go home.

Whilst walking, I saw Nadine. And she was coming towards my direction.

"What?" I asked her. Making it painfully obvious I didn't want to see her.

"I know you saw me today, with someone else," she replied. With her usual annoying voice. Did she find out? She did.

"So? What do you want me to do?" I replied to her, raising an eyebrow.

"Don't you dare tell Jungkook-"

"What,that your cheating on him? Why would I tell him? I have nothing to do with him."

"Seeming as you already know, I'm warning you. He better not find out, or else," there was a hint of anger and plead in her voice.

"Or else what?" I replied, using that cliche line. I smiled at her.

"Ugh just nevermind, but Jungkook must not find out," with that she left.

Oh just you wait Nadine, Jungkook will find out. Although I felt bad for him, still. He was in a haram relationship, and it's better if he finds out. I didn't promise her anyway, what worse can she do to me? Nothing.

When I got to the school next morning I saw Jungkook. Why do I keep bumping into him. Is this a sign of some sort?

I ignored him, while walking on. Day 3 while being here, I can't cause any more trouble. But that boy just had to call my name,

"Hey Layla, do you remember about yesterday?" Jungkook walked over to me, but interrupted by a bunch of girls trying to give him food. With that chance, I ran away. I can't face him right now, I have other concerns.

And 9/10 chance he would get back at me for kicking him yesterday.

I reached to my class, but I forgot one thing. Me and Jungkook share the same class.

The door than slid open, and in came Jungkook. He looked around and then he found me. He took a chair and then came and sat next to me, I looked away.

"So about yesterday, I'll forgive you. But under one circumstance, I need you to tell me one thing." He told me, I was surprised.

"So what is it then," I replied back. Looking at him, I wondered. Jungkook is going to forgive me?

"I need you to tell me whether Nadine is cheating on me or not," he asked.
