Hey, it's Jazzi, with another dark namco story yippee!!!
This one is heavily based off of the song Blood // Water by grandson and the official music video for it (go check it out it's awesome).
Before I round up the story so you get an idea of what happens, here are the trigger warnings

There are also a lot of dark themes so-
Anyways, the story is basically DigDug manages to get his hands on a rather powerful role in the community of Namco City (reusing that from Alteration)
Some time into this he ends up snapping from all the bad things in his life building up on him, so he abuses his power a bit, and when he realizes he can profit off of this he abuses it even MORE
and you wanna know what he does?
He poisons the ENTIRE water supply of the city, killing off everyone except his son
At least, he THOUGHT he killed off everyone
Don, his brother Katsu, and their friend Donko all managed to survive since they noticed the water was contaminated fast enough to take action and get an antidote before it was too late, and oh boy are they PISSED
and so, the three drums plan out how to get revenge on the now greedy drill man and I won't spoil how they do that for you
Go listen to Blood // Water by grandson/watch the music video for it though and you may get an idea *wink wink nudge nudge*
