The Three Hero's of Hyrule

Link's Diary's (All Parts)

(Day 1)

The first day as Zeldas escort I had to help her by keeping her safe from the monsters and the battle of Hyrule field started. I moved Zelda to safety and went out to protect this kingdom, and soon killed the moblin that everyone feared and shocked the king. Welp the battle was swiftly over in a matter of seconds and with it Hyrule field was saved from evil.

(Day 2)

The second day was a bit weird as I met someone new who said came from the real world, to which I was suspicious to say the least. So the king ordered us to escort princess Zelda to the spring of power and soon we headed off to the Akkala region. After making it there Zelda does her training as I hold my sword at my side in case of a sneak attack, and after she was done with her training she felt tired and weak but we safely made it back to the castle and I went to sleep not knowing that tomorrow I would face fear head to head.

(Day 3)

Today was the day I would be tested on my endurance to the cold. So it was close to evening time and the king gave the orders to escort princess Zelda to the spring of wisdom, and of course we did not expect what lied ahead of the trip. So after making it past the columns we got hit with a cold storm and it pushed us back but I suffered the most as my body was so cold I almost kept falling down. But finally I collapsed and passed out. I woke up in the Hyrule castle medical room and I asked the nearby knight, Where is the princess and Alex?! The knight tells me that they left the castle on a mission. I bolted out the door and ran to the throne room and the king was sitting there looking down at me, as he had noticed me run in. He told me where they were and I headed there to find them as the sun rose over the horizon.

(Day 4)

Day 4 was the time I faced danger for the third time of my life. So following my trip I come to a stable and find something on a rock and pick it up. Hello there Link, if you find this note then come to spring of courage I will be there waiting for you Link.

I sigh a relief as I feel the stress loosen off me and stumble to my feet and see the sun setting over the hills as I find out they are in danger and rush to the spring of courage.

(Day 5)

I find out more details and pass by the trees of Faron and come up to the spring of courage and to my happiness, I see both Alex and Zelda still training and I run up to them and I lose my balance and I feel a soft thud and open my eyes and see Zelda catching me with her arms and I soon felt a bond form in my body. After helping back to my feet I hear Zelda say I will always be there to help you and I feel your pain too Alex smiled at them and they soon went back to the castle as the day ended.

(Day 6)

I woke up to the sound of construction and saw Zelda and Alex looking at the progress of the guardians and one of them they were looking at started to open fire on Zelda. I dove in front of her and pulled out a spare pot lid and Zelda closed her eyes and I repealed the laser back to the machine and killed it as I had done the impossible and Alex saw potential in me and so did the king and so finally I was appointed as Zelda escort and the day ended with me being proclaimed as Zeldas escort.

(Day 7)

Day 7 I watched Zeldas training at the castle and I saw her guilt and frustration as well as her sadness and doubt. But I was soon asked by Alex of her state as the princess. As I saw him I went to her bedroom and she was looking outside the window and seeing her kingdom thrive but she soon turned at the sight of me. Link! What are you doing here? She said calmly. I told her that she could let her emotions onto me.

(Day 8)

As we were heading to Hebra I could hear a crack and the ground shook as we turned around and saw Calamity Ganon rise from beneath Hyrule castle, Zelda cried and I grabbed her hand and we escaped the castle but at a cost. Zelda looked so down and I sat there holding her hand. She is super sad and after some hesitation she lets those emotions out onto my lap and Alex stands there with his spear in the ground and frowns as I hug her. She wraps her arms around my shoulders and asks me to not die on her. I cant keep a promise though but I soon faced my match at the hands of a machine.

(Day 9)

We ran to Fort Hateno and the guardians came after us with full force. Link look out! Zelda said to me with worriedness, I assured her that everything was fine until I heard something call me from somewhere. Zelda, follow me to the korok forest! We rush there and soon find the sword of evils bane in its pedestal, and I pull and, and pull until I heard the metal come out and after placing it on my back we rushed back to Fort Hateno to protect it and I fight off multiple guardians but soon find myself overwhelmed by there force and stumble as my body felt pain Scars on my face.

(Day 10)

So my body was weak as I stood in front of princess Zelda and guarded her with my life and one of the guardians walked up to me and. Link and Alex save yourself now Go I'll be fine, don't worry about me! I stayed there not moving away from her and soon Zelda had one option left to save the both of us. The guardians eye glowed red as I heard the dreaded noise I fear from these mechanical monsters. Beep, beep, beep, beep, beep. No! As I heard a hum I felt no pain, only bright light as I looked up to see Zelda with her unlocked power next to the killed guardian. She saved the 2 she called friends, but saved her love for me and that love opened her powers.

(Epilogue)

So following the defeat of the guardians we head back to the castle and come face to face with the scourge of Hyrule castle Calamity Ganon and the battle was on as we fought. I hear the cries of Zelda to be careful with that battle as one wrong move could kill me but I managed to run on the wall and jumped towards Ganon and slashed through his torso with all of the power I had left. Ganon goes down and with it the end of terror as I stand there victorious Zelda hugs me and smiles, and Alex touches my shoulder and is proud of me for not giving up until the very end. And we walk out of Hyrule castle and I see the sun rise over the red as Hyrule lives on in peace. for now
