It was a starry night when Godzilla woke up, noticing Mothra asleep beside him, her wings covering him. He blushed softly. But he felt like he couldn't have feelings for her. He ignores that thought and lays there with her for a little while. After that, he takes her wings gently and puts them around herself, and is able to walk outside and sit near the ocean. He thinks to himself. "Why?" Why must he catch feelings for his own...frenemy he guesses now. As soon as he thought about it, Mothra taps him. He grabs her leg and growls because of reflexes.
Mothra: It's just me..
Godzilla sighs with relief and lets go of her leg.
He looks into the sky.
Mothra: Guess how many stars there are on this planet?
Godzilla looks at her and thinks.
Godzilla: I'm going with at least 100 billion stars.
Mothra: 100,000,000,001 actually.
Godzilla: No?
Mothra chuckles.
Mothra: I'll tell you what I mean soon.
Godzilla groans.
Godzilla: I hate being curious.
Meanwhile.....
Ghidorah was flying around to look for Mothra. Mothra made him furious when she and Godzilla took the throne. Mothra was a little pest to him, and he was gonna to what he does best.
Destroy.
