Chapter 2 - Arrivals...

I was welcomed at the ranch by the Mayor of Light Town, Mayor Phillip.

"Pleasure to meet you Mister...?" He greeted me, gripping my gentle hands with his rough, podgy ones and vigorously shaking them as if he had been waiting all day.

I replied simply with, "Mister Taylor, sir, Lloyd Taylor."

"Ah yes! Boy don't you have your Grandpa's eyes... The same glisten of anticipation and twinkle of compassion... Oh excuse me! Got a little carried away in my thoughts there. How did you travel Mister Taylor?"

"Fine. I'm slightly exhausted though. A lot of concentration driving down those treacherous roads... or 'dirt tracks' as they resembled. But yes, I travelled fine."

"Ah yes, you took the diversion! Although that's the only way at the moment, with this 'major construction' occurin' on the main road in!" He quickly changed topic. "So would you like me to show you around now or tomorrow?"

"Tomorrow, if you please."

"Yes of course! I'll be off then! Catch you later Mister Taylor!" and in a flash Mayor Phillip had dashed.

In front of me stood the robust, ageing structure. It was a quaint old building, something which you'd see in a old countryside movie. It seemed homey and fairly safe. I opened the substantially large and hefty oak door, threw my bags against the weak walls, and dived onto the bed, slamming the robust door behind me. I instantly spiralled into a deep sleep.

I instantly fell into a dream... In front of me stood a lengthy, slim, woman with such angelic grace she could pass for a goddess or an angel. Her long violet hair flew down to her hips, and fluttered as softly as a butterfly on a warm summer's night. Her extensive dress flowed gently down her curvy body, until it reached her feet then it flew majestically behind her. It was a pure white, as white as January snowflakes, (and the equal amount of gentleness), which added to her majestic beauty and subtle grace. Her summer-sky blue eyes twinkled in the light of the midnight moon, they twinkled with mystery and amity. She spoke, but I could not hear words. I could hear nothing but noise, muzzled noise. Suddenly the dream came to an abrupt end and I found myself falling into an abyss of nothing but a dark surrounding and a infinite length.
