College has just begun for Angel. She was happy to graduate from high school but not looking forward to attending lectures and completing a ton of homework. She was most eager to leave Jenna Ortega behind. Angel had no idea why Jenna had been so harsh and irritating throughout the years. She had begun randomly harassing her.

When Jenna would say or do something to Angel each day during school, Angel would always complain to her best friend Conan. Conan didn't believe her, he couldn't imagine Jenna being able to do anything to harm another person. Jenna was a sweet girl, kind to everyone.

Angel just arrived on campus. Bags in hand, dorm key in her jeans.  Angel has yet to meet her roommate. She loves meeting knew people. She images her roommate having a crazy style, with dyed hair and—

As Angel opens her dorm room she dumps into someone as they are walking out.

"Jenna?"

"What the hell!?" Jenna had dropped her phone, bending down to pick it up. "What are you doing here dyke?"

Jenna had found out that had Angel liked girls when she caught her making out with her girlfriend at the time freshman year. After that, on top of whatever Jenna hated on her for, she called her all the homophobic slurs you could think of.

"I'm guessing we are roommates."

"Great now I get to see your faggot ass everyday," Without giving Angel time to replay Jenna moves past her still standing in the doorway.

"Okay..." Angel walks into the dorm heading to the empty side of the room. She sets her stuff down then proceeds to unpack her things when her phone begins to ring.

"Hey Conan," Angel sets her phone down as the FaceTime call connects.

"Hey Gel, how is college life treating you?" Conan replies his curly hair tied back from his face as he adjusts his phone.

Angel rolls her eyes then sits on her bed after finishing packing. "First off, when are you going to stop calling me that? Second, Jenna is my roommate."

"Jenna is great! Honestly jealous cuz that girl always knows whats up," Conans eyes light up at the mention of the short brunette girl.

"I'm telling you right now she is the devil incarnate."

"Stop lying she is so sweet she wouldn't hurt a fly," Conan rolls his eyes tired of Angels obvious lie that has gone on for years.

"I'm not lying swear! She acts nice but she is so incredibly evil to me." Angel almost pleads to get Conan to believe her though she knows he wont. He never does.

"Whatever you say, but hey, i've got to go have dinner with the family. I'll talk to you later."

"Okay, love ya." Conan hangs up not saying the three words back as they usually always do.

He must've been upset. Angel thinks. Why does he never believe me? Angel sits on her bed staring into the whiteness of the wall, thinking about how she could show Conan and her other friends the sinister that is Jenna Ortega.

Jenna walked down the halls of the campus trying to familiarize herself. She didn't acclimate well. Especially when things included Angel. Jenna didn't not like Angel. She was just hiding a secret that couldn't ever be revealed. It all started in middle school. Her and Angel were friends, best friends even.

Both girls were thirteen during the summer. Entering their 8th year.

"Here Jen I found this flower, I want you to have it." Angel had found a red lily in the yard. She plucked it carefully then proceeded to tuck it into Jenna's hair.

"Thank you Angel... it's beautiful," Jenna looked up at the girl feeling a wave of something she definitely didn't feel for the boys at school. It was more. It was deep, gut wrenching. She didn't understand it then but, it was the start of her love for Angel Stevens.

Jenna soon found herself at a beautifully green garden within the campus. It was perfect. There were various plants hanging and climbing the see-through room. Some plants curled themselves around the many benches in the room. Butterflies flying around. Jenna sat on one of the benches. Her mind reeling as she thought of the consequences of having to be in suck close proximity to her taller roommate. Jenna hated that she had to hate Angel. She didn't want to. Her parents didn't exactly support "people who liked the same gender." as they put it.

Jenna stayed put for a while till she realized it was getting late. She sluggishly made her way to the dorm. Once there she was met with Angel sleeping on the floor, phone in hand. Jennas eyes widened. She hadn't seen Angel asleep in years, which sounds creepy but she missed it. She looked so peaceful. Jenna carefully attempted to pick the sleeping girl up. But to no avail. Jenna sighed she wasn't going to let Angel sleep on the floor she would complain in the morning. She knew she had to wake her, she didn't want to see the reaction on Angels face when she did . She would either be angry. or look at her like she killed a puppy.

Jenna poked her arm muttering something about how life sucks, then was grabbed by the arm she was poking. Jenna yelped, Angels arm holding the shorter girl down on top of her. Jennas face turned red. She was incredibly close to the other girl she could feel her breath.

"Angel." Jenna pleaded trying to get up.

Angel groaned her hold getting tighter not hearing Jennas plea. "Angel!" With that Angels eyes jolt open, looking around in alert. "What?"

"It would be nice if you would let go of me," Jenna replied huffing.

"Oh... what happened?" Angel looked at their position reddening, before quickly letting go and sitting up.

"You were sleeping on the floor. I didn't want to hear your complaints about hurting in the morning. So I tried to wake you and you grabbed me." Jenna turns grabbing clothes then walks to the bathroom. She didn't dare to make eye contact.

"Um okay." Angel sighed before going to sleep.

Not long after Jenna walks out the bathroom and falls sleep as-well.
