𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟳

Ms. Sung Hyo-min, or also known as the clinic's nurse/medic, she sent Jeon Yoominjae back home as it was already getting late and told him to not go to school for a day. In order for his health to return, he must eat a lot of nutritious food.

When he returned back home to his apartment, he immediately changed his clothes and lay on the bed tiredly. Jeon Yoominjae began to recall what happened earlier that day, he just heard Choi Minjung's loud cry, it was about to make him deaf, that was until he experienced such trauma.

Jeon Yoominjae slowly lets his eyes close and rest for a while, a moment of silence as he feels nauseous all of a sudden, which makes him run to the bathroom and let it out there.

"Gugh... This is the worst case..." He muttered in annoyance as he flushed the toilet and washed his face, before going out of the bathroom.

He drank a glass of water, before going back to bed.

A new morning came, the midnight haired male groaned as he fell off his bed, which made him sigh and looked at the time and saw that it was already 7 o'clock in the morning.

Ms. Sung Hyo-min told me to take a full break today...

I'll go to school tomorrow...

Jeon Yoominjae stood up and stretched his arms and legs for a short while and went to the kitchen to make his breakfast, but to his avail his refrigerator was wiped clean.

"Ah..." He let out a sigh as he immediately showered and put on a new set of clothes.

He grabbed some cash and left his apartment, he closed the door at his apartment, before going out.

As he went to the nearest store which was across the bank, he went inside and bought a cup of noodles for breakfast.

"Ah, welcome back dear." An elderly greeted the midnight haired male, which he smiled kindly at her.

Jeon Yoominjae probably goes here a lot often.

No wonder his fridge is empty.

He sat down on an empty table and opened his cup of noodles, poured some hot water and the ingredients and let it sit tight there, he paid the elderly before going back to his seat.

After a few minutes, he decided that it was time to eat, since he was very hungry and ate with delight.

Once he was about to leave after eating a cup of noodles, he exited the store and saw a lot of second-years in front of him.

What— no, wait, wait. What are they doing here??

The midnight haired male noticed the raven haired male on his left. He was surprised to see his favorite protagonist here.

"Ah, sunbae-nim!..." Jeon Yoominjae heard a surprised gasp beside him and it turns out it was a classmate of Park Jinsung and Kim Seyun.

Park Jinsung immediately perked up as he looked in front of him and saw Jeon Yoominjae, his eyes widened as he saw the midnight haired male.

"...Ah, good morning to all of you." He greeted them with a small smile as he lightly bowed his head to them, Park Jinsung's lips quivered as his throat felt dry.

Kim Seyun greeted the sick third-year, before looking at the other students who were asking for her presence.

"Yoomin-ah..." Park Jinsung muttered the nickname he gave the midnight haired male, his silent mutter couldn't reach anyone's ears as he walked towards the third-year.

"...Are you feeling better?" Park Jinsung asked in a worried tone as he checked the midnight haired male in front of him, who only smiled at him, his bit his bottom lip as he looked at those amber eyes with full of worry.

"I'm fine, no need to worry there is no need to worry about it, Park Jinsung." Jeon Yoominjae responded reassuring the raven haired male.

"Besides, I'm going to school tomorrow once I'm back to full health." He added, which unfortunately couldn't help but make Park Jinsung still worry about the third-year.

"Did the nurse say something about what caused you to blacken out?" Park Jinsung asked.

"Hm?~ Why is there a third-year joining us?"

"Isn't that against the rules here?"

"He just came out of the store that was right in front of us." Kim Seyun exclaimed, which made the other school second-years look at the store right in front of the bank.

"I'll be fine, Park Jinsung... You should take care of yourself first." Jeon Yoominjae said as he pat the raven haired male and a soft smile was displayed on his face while he was looking at him with those kind amber eyes.

Park Jinsung couldn't help but nod at the midnight haired male's statement, he was a flustering mess as it was his first time feeling someone ruffling his hair and it was comforting for the raven haired male.

"I'll be heading off now, see you all tomorrow." Jeon Yoominjae bid 'see you tomorrow' at the second-years and before leaving, he felt someone holding his wrist.

Jeon Yoominjae felt awkward as he could hear a lot of commotion in the background as Park Jinsung held his wrist.

"Park Jinsung, do you need something from me?" Jeon Yoominjae questioned the raven haired male who was staring at his eyes.

This is so awkward!

And why is someone staring at me so intently!?

Did I do something wrong to offend them???

Jeon Yoominjae let out a soft sigh and patted the raven haired male's hair, which snapped him back to reality.

"Take care of yourself, Yoomin-ah and don't stay up too late as well, it's not good for your health." Park Jinsung said, which made Jeon Yoominjae quite surprised but hummed and lightly nodded at him.

"You too, it looks like there is a big event going to happen today." Jeon Yoominjae replied as he felt Park Jinsung letting go of his wrist.

Jeon Yoominjae bid Park Jinsung 'see you tomorrow' and left the scene as he wanders back to his apartment, his face flush in embarrassment.

Is this some kind of cringe romance drama or something like that—

Except that we are both guys.

Jeon Yoominjae deadpanned at his thoughts and shook his head forgetting them, he let out a sigh as he sat down on the nearest bench before returning right back home to his apartment.
