"Beep beep beeeeeep
I wake up to the sound of the stupid freaking alarm clock. I hate that thing. It's so freaking loud. If you were in Africa you could hear it. I groan and get up. I go to my bathroom, use the toilet, and hop in the shower. I brush my teeth in the shower and place it back on the counter. I wash my hair and body and when I'm done I smell like fruit.
I walk out and into my room, I close the curtains and let the towel fall. I walk into my closet and grab denim shorts, a mint green tank top that says "selfie" and my mint green toms. I put my hair in a fishtail braid and walk downstairs.
"Hey sweetie" my mom says when she hears my footsteps.
"Hey mom" I say sitting down at the kitchen table.
"Sophwia!" My little sister, Jen, who's 2, calls as she's running out of the bathroom
"Hey baby girl!" I say and she smiles. She almost has all her teeth! I smile back and my mom hands me pancakes and eggs. I devour them and pat my stomach. My mom laughs and grabs my plate. I hear my best friend, Ava, honk her car horn. I run upstairs and grab my phone, and my backpack. I run downstairs and before I leave I say,
"Bye mom, Bye Jenny!"
I walk out the door and see her in my driveway.
"Hey Aviator" I say as I hop in her car. (Yes, that's her nickname cause she loves wearing Aviators.
She chuckles, "hey soph" I smile and we start the 10 minute drive to school. I see my house slowly start to fade away.
