Mina x Sero

Sero pov:

"... and the biology of the.. Mr Sero? Are you listening?" My gaze locked on vibrant pink curls. "What?" I whip around. "Sorry sir just dazed off" I stutter burning up, the classroom silent. "Well I suggest you focus more on your studies than the window." Laughter burst forth from the students. It had been two thirds of the year and still we were all tense around the professors. I look down at my notes, the white paper almost shins in the light. Blank. Welp studying is going to be tourture. 'Shit' I mentally curse myself for focusing more on- "Excuse me?"

My head flies up. The classroom all empty chairs. "Oh sorry I guess i missed the bell." "Oh no worries." She replies grinning. Her eyes bright, almost with mischief, or flirting? I through my thoughts away. I was NOT looking at her. (I totally have been, the whole year...) "Hey." I snap out of my thoughts, I had been staring. "Would you walk in the hall with me to the next class?" "Next c..cl..ass?" I stutter through the word the shock obviously evident on my face. "Yeah," she says shaking her head, "We have two classes together", "Oh. I didn't know that." She laughs and gestures out the door. I scramble to get my stuff. "Sero." Shaking her head and pulling me along. "You know my name?" Im so confused, is she flirting? Sweat pools in my hands. "You know with all that you stare at me you shouldn't be so surprised the I noticed." A calculated smile creeps into her face along with a wink.

I stop. She IS flirting. Wait. SHES FLIRTING. I scramble to catch up. "Um.. I.. sorry... I... what's your name?" Im blushing and sweaty and my binder sticks to my cheats. I want to back to my dorm. She so cute though and I remember the flowers outside. "Mina" Huh. Oh i asked her her name. "Would you skip class with me?" I regret the words immediately. She cocks her head surprised. I wait with anticipation for the worst. "Sure"

Wait. "Um what? Wait.. YES." I shop in my tracks stuttering "I mean thats great. Let's go outside" Her laughter breaks the silence and i ease up a bit. "Shyness looks cute on you" I struggle to keep up pace with her.

I pick up the nearest flower. "Here" I say looking away. "Is this a date?" An interesting look passes her face, "Daisies are my favourite thank you." Im just completely stoped in my tracks, I'm just blown away by everything about her. "Mina," I stutter and take a deep breath, "I have honestly had a crush on you all year i would love for this to be a date.

A beat passes. "YES!" She jumps up, "You have no idea how long i have been flirting with your oblivion=s ass." She smiles, "I would love for this to be a date." My smile grows impossibly bigger, anxiety left behind, we're on a date.
