“Ohh, uh..mrph..wh- what time is it?”

Jenny, was a class A student, top of the class, leader of the chess team, and very active in sports.

“Ugh..oh..SHHHHHHHHIIII. 7:30!? WHY DIDN’T MOM OR DAD WAKE ME UP?! Im gonna be late!”

Oh and did I mention she was forgetful and clumsy? Yeah, you would find yourself asking, “Why is this girl, a class A student, but still manages to not keep a track of time.”

Wellyes she is clumsy, but she is rather quick when it comes to say…“rush hour.” She unlocked her bike and drove off to her school which is just 3 blocks away from her home.

No one was outside, everyone was inside their homes, and she didn’t even take a second to look at them. Faith can’t see much, the fog was a bit thick, but she can still see where she was going, and then she stopped, she parked her bike and locked it, and she ran to the school stairs, as she ran up, she bumped into something, or “someone.”

“OW! Aray naman! Tumingin ka nga sa dinadaanan mo!”

“Me? Baka ikaw?”

She heard a very familiar voice, and saw a very familiar face.

“Kent!? Anung ginagawa mo dito!? And with that broom!? Aren’t cleaning days supposed to be on Saturdays and Sundays ONLY?”

Kent is one of Jenny’s best friends, the other one, we will introduce later, he is your Boy-next-door kind of guy, the one where girl’s panties are falling off, trouble is, and he doesn’t like dating…THAT MUCH. Tall, fair, average grades kind of guy. He can understand Filipino, but he doesn't talk Filipino that much, but Jenny is trying to teach him..

“Woah, someone got off the wrong side of the bed. Well, FYI, it IS Saturday today.”

Jenny was startled, mouth wide open, she now realized her clumsiness, and what a fool she had made of herself.

"Oh, it's Saturday, kaya pala wala si mom and dad sa bahay."

She just sat there, feeling stupid of what just happened.

"Hey, are you just going to sit there and stare at your shoes or help me clean? Seriously, I could use some help."

"HAHAHA. Ok then. Here, i'll help you, i'll start with the sweeping and then you can mop the floors."

So they swept, and mopped and wiped, and cleaned the school thoroughly. And after a few tedious hours, they finally rested.

“Hey, Tess and me are going to hang out at the mall later after lunch, afterwards we’re going to watch a movie, wanna come?”

Kent asked while taking a sip of his iced tea.

“Well, yeah sure, why not, it’s not like I have any plans today, and mom and dad aren’t home until 11 PM, so yeah, I’ll come.”

“Cool! Then it’s a triple outing again?”

“Sure, why not?”

Jenny ended the conversation with a smile and a sip.

“So hey, Kent, I have to go already, I still have to rest, gonna continue my sleep time, have been dreaming these…weird dreams, ikwekwento ko sa inyo mamaya.”

“Haha! Ok then, see ya later! Oh hey by the way, Stronghold Plaza! Don’t forget!”

“Ayt ayt! Bye Kent!”

So Jenny went back to her house, she stood up, and walked away, Kent watched her as she drove her bike as she faded away into the fog.

Kent opened up his iPod and plugged in his earphones, pressed play and sat there until his cleaning shift was over…

“I want you, all tattooed, I want you bad.”

Kent felt as if something inside him sparked, but very, very, very, very faint..

“Complicated, X- Rated, I want you bad, baad, baaad, really really bad...”
