Kazuha POV:

Is that.. Scaramouche's mother?! Huh. She looks nice, but I can't seem to wrap my finger on why I can't trust her. She has this really ominous aura all around her. I tried not to show any emotion as I walked towards Scaramouche at the door.

"Hey Scaramouche, who's she?"
"S-She's my mother."

Scaramouche's mother was glaring at me like I had destroyed her house or something.

"Can I talk to my son privately. "
"Sorry Ma'am, but it's his decision to talk to you, not mine."

Scaramouche grabbed my hand and held it tightly. His mother noticed it and had a calm expression on her face, but it wasn't hard to notice that she was raging mad.

Scaramouche finally gave in and nodded to his mother, meaning she will be talking to him alone in the meantime. He let go of my hand and followed her mother outside.

Meanwhile, heizou back at the dining table, looked at me and Scaramouche from afar, really confused. I closed the door so Scaramouche could talk with his mom outside and went to the dining table beside Heizou and ate the food.

Heizou asked me what had happened. And I told him everything. Especially when Scaramouche was crying upstairs earlier.

He suggested that we peak by the window to see what they were talking about, but I talked him out of it.

"We can't just eavesdrop on family matters. That's an invasion of privacy."
"B-but what if something happens to scara-"
"I know your protective of Scara, but we can't just barge into family situations."

Heizou sighed and finally agreed not to eavesdrop on their conversation.

Scaramouche POV:

I was glaring at my mom angrily since she just decided to show up just now. Pfft. I doubt she's gonna say something worth my time.

"Scaramouche, long time no see."
"What the hell do you want woman? All you care about is yourself. Your so possessive that you think you own everything! I don't belong to anyone! Not even my boyfriends!"

Raiden looked at me with a jaw dropping expression. YEAH DID I JUST SAY THAT KAZUHA ND HEIZOU ARE MY BOYFRIENDS?! I'm so careless with my damn words nowadays 🫠.

"Scaramouche, you've come out to me once, so it's no surprise your gay. But 2 boyfriends?! That's surprising."
"Just tell me how the hell did you even managed to find me?"
"You know your hand is trending all over social media right?"
"Oh yeah. Forgot about that. But how did you even know my location?"
"I was able to spot the alley way when I was driving and thought to myself, 'Scaramouche might be close!' So I just kept going straight and went to every house I encountered on my way here to find you"

I was a bit shocked that she went to every house in the neighborhood just to find me. I shook off the thought of her actually caring about me.

"What do you want Ei."
"I want you to at least forgive me, Scaramouche."
"Why would you expect me to forgive a stupid old woman like you? You threw my stuff out of the house and even threatened me!"
"I know! I'm sorry! I was just.. angry. I wasn't thinking straight."
"Your not even straight. Your a lesbian."
"Yeah. I know.."
"Look, I won't forgive you for what you did. But, that doesn't mean I won't give you a second cha-"
