The Monster

As the thugs bodies dropped, the person came over to Elizabeth to ask if she was ok.

"Hey, are you alright?!" The mysterious person asked.

"Yeah, you saved my life, thank you." Elizabeth exclaimed. "May I ask what your name is?"

The mysterious person told Elizabeth that she needed to go home and that it's not safe here.

"You didn't even answer my question!" Elizabeth pleaded.

"I don't have to tell you, now, go away and leave me alone!" The person yelled.

As the person walked away, Elizabeth followed.
She followed her through the forest and out, over the little river and past the mushroom land. And to the darkest, most deadliest cave she has ever seen.

She followed her in and hid behind a rock. She watched as she sat on an old dirty bed that made a very big squeak sound and a wall that had broken chains on it. She wondered what the person was doing here. Maybe she was an outcast. Maybe her parents left her here. She didn't know, but she knew she was alone.
