It is the colour of her eyes as she taunts the mute girl. It is the colour of her cruel smirk as she watches her friends slowly break the mute down, insults flung at her left and right. It is the colour of her friends' laughter as she kicks the mute's shin. The colour of their heavy footsteps as they all run away when they hear a teacher approaching. The colour of her fake laugh as she jokes around with all of her fake backstabbing friends. The colour of her greed at wanting to be accepted and liked, and doing anything to achieve it. The colour of her hatred towards how popularity had shaped her as a person, yet not hating it enough to let it go. The colour of the flirtatious smile she gives every single boy. The colour of the cheeky wink she throws at one such boy, a wink that promised many things yet to come, as she hardly cares that her "boyfriend" was with her.
The colour of greed. The colour of self-involvement. Of assertiveness and dogmatism.
