We see a boy chained up within a dark room. But then the door opened up and the man with a plague doctor masked walked in the room and saw he saw smirking. The masked man the question why he was smirking for and the boy then disappeared in front of him but when me turned around to get to the exit but it wasn't their when he looked up he saw the ceiling was turn to spikes and was coming down on him. Killing him.
???: what happen to the man papa?
???: he's in a special place.
???: oh okay.
While the boy and the girl he was holding were trying to leave he saw some people that were in his way.
???: little one cover your ears and eyes and wait till I tell you to remove them okay.
???: okay.
She does as she is told and covers them and waits till she is told to remove them. Then the boy made two monstrous looking beasts appear.

???: Make them disappear...
In a instant it was like a blood bath. Then the boy called the two monster back to his side and saw a bird shaped man standing in front of him horrified at what he's seeing.
???: You know what you have done!
???: oh you I do. An I simply don't care. All I care to to get out of here.
???: you won't leave this place alive and i will be taking my tool back!
???: you can try.
Before the man could react he had two steel rods impaled into is hands preventing him from using his quirk.
???: get him...
Said he said the two monsters then started to make their moves on to the masked man. While he was backing away from them in fear.
???: end it...
Without warning the two beast then started to eat the masked man. The boy watching not showing a sign of remorse in him. After he was done he made the two beasts go finish anyone who would in there way. And he then started to leave the building. On the way out he saw body's all over the place. Once's he made it to the front entrance he saw his two beast eating a human body.
???: enough...
This made the two monsters stop and go to his side.
???: you two did will...
He then made the two monster disappear. Then left the building and started to fly over the city and told the little child to uncover her eyes and ears.
???: you can look now.
When she open her eyes she saw the light of the city in the night.

We now move a few months in the future in a certain place. Villains can be seen attacking a building with student inside. But little did they know someone was watching from above.

I also would like to ask if it should be a high school story or collage one?
Also I'm think of letting him adopt 4 kids I have one in mind already so that leaves two spots for it.
