"I haven't seen you this happy in years Jungkook"Mrs Jeon said fondly

"I realized that i would have never guessed that being a mother would be the best thing that would ever happen to me.I wouldn't have believed it if i hadn't experienced the bliss.I can't put it into words just how happy and proud my baby makes me feel.All along i never knew that he had the key to my happiness "

"I'm really happy for you"

"Thanks mom"

"Is he the reason you are glowing.Your son?"she asked him teasingly

"I'm not glowing."he blushed

"Jungkook come on.I'm your mother.You can tell me anything.I'm sorry i have been judgmental of your decisions in the past and that was so wrong of me.I'm really sorry"

"You can say sorry all you want.Mom I'm not telling you anything.That's that"

Jungkook looked down on his lap and started fiddling with his wedding ring.He was clearly sulking.

"I see it has something to do with my son in law and that ring.It's really beautiful by the way.It's dazzling"

"Taehyung and his mother took great care of me from the very start.How can i not think of them as my own"

"I only mentioned my son in law"

"He is a great person.What's not to like about him"Jungkook said

"Mom i have been in love with him since the day i met him.I don't even know what to call it.I didn't choose this."

"You can't stop the blowing wind nor the rising sun.Does he know?"she asked with a smile

"He doesn't but his mother does"

"What did she have to say about that"

"She doesn't mind me having feelings for her son.Rather she is glad.She approves of me"Jungkook said

"So i bet you are happy to be married to the father of your child and the love of your life"

"But you know what will make me even more happy?"

"Is you getting out of here in one peace.I miss being around you and most importantly your cooking"

"You won't taste my cooking because we won't be living together anymore.You are married now and you have a family to take care of.You have new responsibilities"Mrs Jeon said

"But you too are my family"

"Of course baby but every child is destined to get married and leave his mother.No one can change that"

"You can always move in with us.Taehyung and mother won't mind"Jungkook said

"That's not an option and you can't leave your husband's house either"

"Okay.Let's talk about something else.Your surgery is in a week how do you feel about it?"Jungkook asked his mother.

"Hopeful"

"That's the spirit"

"Tell me more about my grandson.How has he been these past three weeks"

Jungkook started telling his mother in full detail with so much enthusiasm that she wished she could win this fight badly and get to know her grandson in person.

After ten minutes Taehyung came back with a worried face and Jungkook and his mother were concerned.

"Taehyung is Hyunie okay.You seem bothered"Jungkook went to check on his son who was sucking on his father's shirt.The baby had his head over the alpha's shoulder and his eyes were wide and lively as ever.He looked  more than okay.
