Prologue

Many of you are broken, many of you are shattered. You don't know how to get out of the dark pit many call depression.

It has other names, like anxiety, PTSD, and countless other titles administered by therapists, emotional health care providers and physiologists.

But the desperate need for emotional security and love, goes deeper than popularity at school, feeling important to your family members and friends. Deeper than the pain inflicted by the world.

What this whole broken world longs for, and is breaking for, is a relationship with the One who created them.
You want to feel infinitely loved, you want to be fought for. And yet, He is fighting for you. The creator of the universe is storming the gates of hell for you!

He doesn't give up on you. He will never give up on you! Even when you turn your back on Him, even when return to the very things that He tries so desperately to free you from. He is not ashamed of you. Nothing you could ever do could come close to separating you from His infinite and unfailing love... for YOU!

This story is meant to speak to the hearts that are still wandering, lost somewhere in the chaos of emotions warring over you. Those that are broken, and don't know how to heal. If you've ever felt like you're not good enough, if you've ever felt like you can't be what He so patiently asks that we strive to be, this is for you.
