The man in his dreams was Yoriichi, a powerful swordsman who had lived over 300 years ago. Yoriichi had been the strongest demon slayer of his time, and had passed down his techniques to his descendants.

As Michael delved deeper into the history of the demon slayers, he discovered another man who bore a striking resemblance to Yoriichi. His name was Michikatsu Tsugikuni, and he too had been a demon slayer of great power. However, Michikatsu had turned to the side of the demons and had become their leader, leading to his downfall.
