"I feel the same way."

After that rather tiring conversation, she walked off toward the school without looking back.

I stood there for a second and thought about the school I will be attending for the next three years.

Three years of freedom, three years to do what I want when I want, three years to live an ordinary life and learn what couldn't before.

With thoughts of my new life, I continued my way toward my new school.

I don't like the entrance ceremony. I'm sure a lot of the other first-years fill the same way.

Wanting to keep myself from dying of boredom I start to observe my new classmates.

I noticed a petite girl with lilac-colored hair and violet eyes wearing a smug smile.

A handsome man with light-brown hair and brown eyes with a pleasant smile was already drawing the attention of some girls around him.

Next to him was a short slender attractive girl with straight, golden-blonde hair in pigtails.

She looked to be attracting even more attention than the brown-haired boy she was with, from both boys and girls. From what I can hear from the people chatting next to me while looking in their direction, she is an upcoming famous model and actor.

Taking my eyes off them I continued to look around.

But before I could the principal welcomed the chairman to make an announcement, which redrew my attention.

"Before we finish off this ceremony, I'm pleased to say that have not one but four students that have gotten perfect scores on their entrance exams. Light Yagami, Sora, Shiro, and Rue Ryuzaki, congratulations.!"

Once he finished announcing that everyone was dismissed.

Currently walking towards my assigned class, I let my thoughts go to what I should do to make friends.

For the first few days of school, students must make friends in order to enjoy the rest of their school life.

If someone fails at this task, it's said that a miserable three years awaits them.

Following the principle of avoiding trouble, I think it would be best to make some friends and establish decent human relationships.

After all, that is one of my goals in coming here.

The day before I practiced making friends because I was inexperienced.

I had to practice because this is a different environment than I had been used to my whole life. I am completely alone.

Immediately after I took my first step into the classroom, I took notice of the 4 cameras around the room but decided to ignore them for now. Besides, that's probably normal.

Overlooking the classroom, I walked over to my seat with my nameplate on it.

A seat towards the back of the room and near the window. A good place to sit generally

Now, what Should I do? Should I get to know people during this free time?

"Nii, you can do you just have to believe," said a soft voice snapping me out of my thoughts.
