Chapter 14

Adhira and Priya walked into Adhira's apartment, both exhausted after spending two weeks at Yuvraj's house. As they settled down on the couch, Priya's phone pinged. She picked it up and saw the news headlines flashing on the screen.

Priya: Adhira, look at this! (she exclaimed, showing her the phone)

Her heart sank as she read the headlines about her supposed relationships with Ronnie and Yuvraj. She couldn't believe the media had blown things out of proportion like this, just then, her phone rang. She saw the caller ID and picked up the call. It was Yuvraj.

Yuvraj: Adhira, switch on the TV right now. There are reporters standing outside your apartment building. Don't leave the house until I come there.

Adhira's mind started racing. She couldn't believe the mess that her life had become. But then, an idea struck her.

Adhira: Wait a minute, Yuvraj. I have an idea.

Yuvraj: What is it?

Before he could ask her any questions she cuts the call and looks at priya and says,

Adhira: I have an idea. Let's invite the reporters to a nearby park for an exclusive interview. That way, we can control the narrative and clear things up.

Priya was skeptical at first, but then she realized that it was a good idea. They quickly got to work, calling up the reporters and inviting them to the park.

Priya: Okay, I'll tell them. But be careful, Adhira.

As they waited for the reporters to arrive, Adhira and Priya prepared their statements and rehearsed their responses. When the reporters finally arrived, Adhira was calm and composed, answering their questions with confidence and poise. The interview went smoothly, and Adhira was able to clear up the misunderstandings and rumors surrounding her relationships with Ronnie and Yuvraj. The reporters left satisfied, and Adhira and Priya breathed a sigh of relief. As they walked back to Adhira's apartment building, Yuvraj arrived on the scene.

Yuvraj: I'm proud of you, Adhira. You handled the situation like a pro.

Adhira smiled, feeling grateful for the support of her friends and the strength to face whatever came her way.

Adhira: Thank You!

Yuvraj: Why?

Adhira: Because you are my strength it's all because of you that I had handled all these chaos. So thank you.

Yuvraj: Shabdo se nahi labon se thank you bolo (pointing towards his lips and says her to kiss him)

Adhira: (she shies) I can't believe this the great yuvraj mathur, you can be a shamless sometimes.

Yuvraj: Only for you sweetheart. You make me loose all the time I look at you.

Adhira: Shut up!

Yuvraj: Make me shut up by you know.... by kissing me! (he winks at her)

Adhira: Ewww, so cheesy!

Yuvraj: Okay, so now I am your official boyfriend toh kya aaj raat tum mere saath date pe chalogi?

Adhira: (she smiles) Sure!

Yuvraj: Okay then, be ready by 7 I'll pick you up (with he kisses her forehead and they chitchat for sometime then he left from there)

Adhira was getting ready for her date with Yuvraj that evening, carefully selecting the perfect outfit in the form of saree and putting on her makeup. She was feeling excited and nervous all at the same time.
