Info for this chapter: Severus Tobias Snape was born January 9th of 1960, Septimus Hans Snape and Silvanus George Snape where born on October 15th of 1960 and Sein Edward Snape was born 30th August 1965.

Severus Tobias Snape was checking his Hogwarts trunk: you know to make sure that everything he needed was actually there as he'd be leaving tomorrow early in the morning to catch the train to his school. He felt conflicted about going to school: on one hand he'd finally be leaving Spinner's End for most of the year leaving his parents behind and starting is magical education with Lily on the other hand he'd be leaving Spinner's End for most of the year leaving Septimus, Silvanus and Sein to fend for themselves...
He knew that Septimus or Hans as the oldest of the twins preferred to be called and Silvanus who like his twin went by his middle name George would be both fine: they were 10 already almost 11-and they had each other even if they fought the whole time- so they'd be joining him next year. His problem sat with Sein who was just 6 years old and hasn't shown any signs of accidental magic yet. Not that Severus loved Sein less due to it, it just worried him, Sein was their fathers favorite even if with his light hazel eyes and sandy brown hair looked the least like him: what if Sein never had an accidental magic outburst and was a muggle like their father? Would Sein resent them like Tobias did? And what if Sein did have his first accidental magic while he was away or worse when all three of them were away? Would Tobias turn his full rage on his youngest son? The only one he'd threatened as a son? If that happened what would it do to Sein?
Severus felt the bile rise to his mouth at the thought of Tobias turning on Sein: Sein had been disciplined by their father, but only a handful of times and never in anger! Sein was silent even when compared to him or Hans... George didn't count as he probably was the loudest kid of all Spinner's End. But Sein had always been silent: Severus still remembers that Sein had been a very small baby so much so that him and Hans had been afraid to touch him as he'd looked so fragile- George had declared him boring- , then he started speaking later than kids normally would if his mother where to be believed and even then Sein only spoke a few words when spoken to, Sein was a gentle boy who loved nothing more than drawing, animals and lying outside in their backyard. Even today a day he never really spoke much unless he was feeling particularly strongly about something or he'd found something interesting he wanted to draw. Not that they- Severus, Hans and at times even George- didn't invite him to come with them, it's just that after school Sein would prefer to lie down there and bask in the sunlight reading a book when there was any or draw when there wasn't enough sunlight to bask in: and even if he loved drawing he'd complain about the lack of light or something Severus himself honestly didn't get: Sein alway drew and his drawings were always good even if most were on old paper and with whatever pencils they'd managed to savage at school or plain old coal sticks. While Severus loved spending time at the park with Lily and the twins, George wandered the woods because he loved them- or he just loved staying as far from home as he could- and Hans to make sure George didn't get into too much trouble.
Severus was closer with Hans than with George as they were more alike than him and George while ironically enough him and George looked more like twins than Hans and George the same would probably count for Sien and Hans if they were closer in age. Severus was sallow skinned, with black eyes and almost straight black hair, Hans had pale skin with greenish Hazel eyes and dark brown hair and George had pale skin with dark gray eyes and curly black hair and then there was Sein with his fairish skin light Hazel colored eyes and fluffy straight sandy brown hair that almost resembled blond in summer: they all shared their mother eye shape and her fathers aquiline nose while the jaw, cheekbones, chin and even ears where all Tobias and in the case of both him and George they shared their coloring with both parents while Hans and Sein got their coloring from grandparents.
