Come the next morning, David uncuffed Harry's wrist and laid it on his chest. Harry still sleeping in the bed, his scared (and worried) boyfriend laying nuzzled to his side, asleep himself and his toddler, a now three year old girl, laid in her sleeping bag on the floor. Harry finally went to sleep after Siruis talked David into allowing half a sleep aid, something used to help him (siruis) sleep at night since getting out of prison. David didn't want to, at least not at first, but Harry was getting agitated and hateful again and he really just needed to sleep, so this need to just get high would go away. So, David again and about half an hour later, Harry went to sleep, but David didn't want to remove the cuff, until he knew for sure.
"What happens next, with her?" Siruis asked softly, to not wake the sleepers. "She'll likely get the death penalty, but the state is opened to life in prison if she'll tell a judge why she done it. Understand, you can not repeat this. I'm not even suppose to discuss open cases." David said. "I understand more then I should. Does he work today?" Siruis asked. "The Weasley twins are coming in today and Ron will be there. It should be fine, I'll let you know otherwise, but I'm assuming you have to work?" David asked. "I do and Remus not only as a doctor's appointment, but taking Draco's to his. His mum still isn't legal to drive, fully. She's only cleared to take her baby to the doctor, not him." Siruis said. "I'm working on getting her legal, other things...just keep needing my attention, and my wife is now high risk, because she's got gestation diabetes and it's hard on her." He said. "Remus would very much enjoy the company of you wife, if need be." Siruis said. "...Papaw!" Lily fussed, pulling the sleeping bag over her head. Their conversation woke the small girl up. Siruis just chuckled and ease down to the floor. "It's time for Lily, that's you, to get up anyway. You have to help papaw Remus make a special big breakfast for your daddy, okay?" Siruis said, getting looked at by a big pear of bright green eyes. Lily yawned, but she nodded and sat up. "Okay. Uppy." She said putting her arms out. He smiled and picked her up, putting the toddler, who still wore diapers (because her big brother picked on her) on his hip. "Come on, let's go get breakfast started." Siruis said and waved his hand for David to follow. He nodded, and let Harry (and Draco) sleeping in the bedroom.

Remus stood at the stove, cooking some bacon, when the coffee pot was grabbed and an empty mug form the drying rack. Remus glaced over, Harry now stood pouring himself a cup of coffee, hair still damp form a shower. The children upstairs, getting dress for school, and Lily was getting help by Siruis, dressed for Daycare. "Have you tried Honey?" Remus asked. "... now's not the time." Harry said, grabbing the jar of sugar. "I promise, Honey is sweet, and the increase of sugar, lately, is starting to be noticed. Not just your appearance." Remus pointed out. "I really don't care." Harry said. "Harry!" David half spat out, almost scolding. "I didn't ask for you to follow me, either! You have a wife and a kid, you don't-" Harry's little hateful speech, got halted by the slap. Harry's coffee mug shattering on the tile. Harry brought the back of his hand to his lip, after the mild taste of blood on his tongue. It kept quiet, the only sound heard was the grease popping and the sizzling of the bacon.

"Uncle, I can't find my-" James Potter started to say, as he turned into the kitchen. "Back upstairs, James. Send your uncle down, too." Remus said. "I can't find my blue shoes though..." James said. "I'll help you look later, just do what I ask." Remus said and James hurried up the stairs.
"Uncle Siruis, Uncle Remus needs you downstairs...I think uncle David got mad with dad." James said. Siruis got to his feet. "Your dad is having a hard time right now, because of work, and he....needs help, but doesn't see that right now." Siruis said. "I know what he done. I know what mom done. I might be little, but I know stuff too." James said. "Even so, it's not my place to tell you. Just keep with your sister, okay?" Siruis said, leaving the room the toddler claimed her own.
"Get another cup of coffee Harry." Siruis said before turning to David, who really couldn't believe he just responded the way he did. "Call your wife, David." Siruis said.
Siruis just started cleaning up the mess, before his husband eased down beside him. "What information am I missing? I know you know." Remus said softly. "I won't put that picture in your head, moony. Harry never should of had it in his, and it's not like he can just act like it didn't happen, because it's still open. Just...Help me keep an eye on the kids. David is working on getting a hand with Harry for a few days, but it will past by, I promise." Siruis said. "...I don't like not knowing what the problem is." He said. "If I thought for one second, you could help, I'd tell you, but there isn't anything you can do but what I ask. The children, okay? David and I will keep him clean, it just might be a difficult few days is all." Siruis said and Remus let out a sigh. "Very well, breakfast is almost ready." Remus said. "As soon as the mess is cleaned up, I'll gathered the lot." Siruis said.

Harry sat in the passenger seat of David's car, heading towards the police department. "I...just reacted, Harry." David said. "... I know. Just not a good time for me." Harry said. "I know, but you also have to know we are only doing this because we love you and I won't let you ruin the life you have." David said and Harry let out a sigh. "I know, sometimes..." Harry said softly. "Just trust us okay? I'll handle most of the paperwork and I'll find you something else to do." David said. "Okay...yeah." Harry said

Harry would go through the day, in hopes for a better tomorrow...
