"Ya know I really trust ya and know it!" Jack mourns as Gibbs holds him, helping him walk on the broken road.
"Yes yes Jack, but the doctor is right there and ya need her"
"Pleasee do not do this to mee.." Jack keeps mourning even while entering the doctor's office. Then he stops it as he sees Mrs. Doctor. Gibbs stands at the door as he leaves Jack into the womens arms.
Jack gives a glance at Gibbs, which it gives the vibe of saying 'traitor'.
Gibbs keep standing as he waits for the doctor to examine his Captain. Not so long after, doctor gives a smile at Jack. "You're one of Barbossa's are you? These scars are much like to happen to his crew only."
Jack rolls his eyes, leaning back as doctor is done with medicines, needles and bandages. (He whimpered the whole time of the needle part)
"I wouldnt say, Barbossa's. I'm a Captain by myself." Jack said with a grin, his sassy tone doesnt fade as he finishes.
"I've heard of you," says doctor "Jack Sparrow, he mentioned you just before you came here."
"Who, Barbossa?" He asks, curious as he stands up with the help from Gibbs. Doctor nods and hands a paper with lots of writing to Jack.
"Yep, he said you were most likely to have such big wounds to be treated. Since you're an energetic one." Doctor says with a smile on her lips, she puts her pen down as she turns back to her patient.
Jack tries to read the paper as he listens to doctor, then gives up, passed the paper to Gibbs and opens his mouth to answer. "I'm..." He looks around, trying to find words to defend himself.
"Yeah I'm an energetic one." He gives up, again, with a sigh.
"Did he tell ya more about meh?" He asks, silent as possible but well knowing Gibbs could hear.
And Gibbs is disappointed. (in both of Barbossa and Jack)
Doctor squeezes her lips together. "That wouldnt be very friendly of me would it?" She claps her hands and walks towards Gibbs, taking the paper that no one could read.
"You'll be resting as long as possible, taking these," she walks around her desk and puts 2 bottle and a box on the desk, then hands them over to Gibbs. "Medicines. This is cream, you'll be applying it on the wound after taking this bottle. And you'll be taking the other bottle thrice a day. " she claps her hands again as she's done explaining.
Gibbs gives her a nod, probably remembering everything she told them. And Jack is a bit bothered by all these bottles and boxes.
And of course, 'resting as long as possible' meant a long while. A long while before he can return on deck as a Captain. It awakened feelings inside. More like a hurting tickle.
Gibbs leads their way back to the Pearl. They stop to take a bottle or more of rom. Gibbs takes a promise from Jack for him to not drink more than 3 or 4 cups. (Not enough to make him drunk)
Half way through, Barbossa welcomes them, almost. Gibbs tells about everything went through at the clinic. And Jack is unbothered by standing too long in the middle of the road, trying to run off to some stores.
Hector holds his wrist 'gently' and Jack yells out a silent ow.
"Ye'r gonna hang around when ye'r able to walk without Mr Gibbs."
Jack swings his hands, shooing away Hector and Gibbs, "I can walk without annyy of ya. "
"Do not test it Jack."
"Why do ya even keep me here just lemme goo."
"Go with the Pearl, leave ya without it? Is that what ya want?" Barbossa asks, as he takes place of Gibbs, taking Jack back to Pearl with slow steps.
