Shinra: So what are the rookie fire soldier games?
Obi: It’s a competition where all of the rookies this year get to show off their abilities coming up pretty soon. You’re going to represent company 8 alongside our other new recruit we’re expecting later today.

Maki: I wouldn’t say that. I’m only a second generation, so unlike a third generation like Shinra, I need a fire starter to create my flames.
*The rooftop door busts open as Shinra and the knight come busting out from it*

Maki: Actually, who are you?
Arthur: My name is Arthur Boyle, the Knight King. Are you the princesses of this castle?

Shinra: He tries to play at being tight lipped and cool, but he’s just an idiot. He’s too stupid to come up with anything to say. And yet…
Maki/ Iris: And what?
Shinra: Somehow, he’s still popular.
Arthur: Hmph.
