My heart
The empty void that everyone seems to have filled
I cry while others rely on pills
What would happen if I fall
Would anyone care at all
The fake smiles
and people surrounding me
Make me want to run miles
Laughing with me
But inside they despise
Thinking people got my back
But knowing they do not they rather watch snacks
The things people do that society's consider fine
Is killing others inside.
